Russian speaker needs assistance.

Hi All,

I've got a PAB from a Russian speaker that we're having trouble with. He doesn't speak English and I don't speak Russian. I've suggested he ask for assistance here on the forums but I guess he didn't know where to start. That'll be the purpose of this thread.
