Can someone tell me what is going on ???????????

This morning i geth the OK from CSR and conformation i will recive my cashout on Friday 18 sept.

Right now i recive an email from Michelle Ballentina, Accounts Manager, asking me this: "I think your best option at this point is to cancel your Neteller withdrawal request and to request a wire transfer or a check".

I just call the CS# and spoke to one of the CSR and he told me Players will not be able to cashout there winning via Neteller !!!!! what??? I said: so the information i geth this morning that was not ok? He said: that is the tricky part, everybody is telling different things. !!!! :eek2:

I also contact Neteller VIP, they have no problems at all with them !!!!

Neteller:
"I would like to confirm that there should be no problem with your Neteller Account receiving funds from merchants online, as you can see your account is open and active; we do not have any control over the transfers from the merchants"


Louis, when will i recive my cashout request on my Neteller account?
 
Hi Naarcasino, Bryan is away on a working trip to the EIG in Copenhagen. I don't know when he'll be back, but hopefully Webz or MaxD can fill you in on that.

I find what's going on at Rushmore really disturbing...no Neteller cashouts? STILL waiting on a funds transfer? What is going on?

Naarcasino, have you PM'd Louise, the rep for the Rushmore Group? Judging by her last post, I was assuming all this was behind them. Here is the link to her profile page..make sure you click on send a Private Message, as opposed to Public.

They probably had so many withdrawals pending that their account went empty the same day they got funds to it;)

Too much like Eurolinx/BetOnBet if you ask me. And in that case the withdrawal amounts were significantly higher. But many similarities.

I guess their Christmas promos were a bit too big hit for them.

I have already PM Louis Yesterday. She told me she knows about it and she told me to chancel my Neteller request.

Why would they make you cancel your NETeller withdrawal? The only reason I see for them asking you, is that they have 0 funds in their NETeller merchant account...

2 months of delays and bollocks like this. I am not playing with the Rushmoregroup anymore if this is the way they treat their customers. Why would I? Other RTG's pay withing HOURS. I mean, how hard can it be?

Your quickest way of getting action on your issue is to send a Private Message to the Rushmore rep, Louise, as I believe was suggested above.

If you wish to use our Pitch-A-Bitch complaint service please start here: Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ. Read and understand the full FAQ, don't ignore anything, don't skip anything. If you misfile your PAB or fail to follow the guidelines given in the FAQ your PAB will be stalled and/or cancelled.

The PAB is a much slower process, though more rigorous, than simply having the rep deal with things straight off.

It really is a shame as I liked this group alot and have cahsed out quite a few times but something funky is going on for sure .

This is a WORSENING of the situation, not an improvement.

WTF are CS smoking when they tell a customer to cancel an ELECTRONIC "instant" transfer and replace it with a process where things get "delayed/lost in the post", or "the bank details didn't work".

This certainly suggests there was no money in the Neteller merchant account, but surely the obvious solution to that is PUT MORE IN IT!!!!!!

Does Rushmore ACTUALLY HAVE MORE MONEY to top up the various merchant accounts, or is this a juggling act with less funds than are needed for SMOOTH operation.

From the player's point of view, having already waited 8 days, this is nothing more than a delaying tactic for when excuses for delaying a Neteller payment are no longer credible. This advice, if followed, would have started the withdrawal "clock" all over again, AND it would be "ticking" to a much slower beat, certainly for a CHEQUE, where it would be EASY to CREDIBLY delay for 21 or 28 days the point at which the player has a grievance over non-arrival.

If Neteller say there is no problems in receiving the payment, then it is the MERCHANT that has a problem making the payment.

This issue, far from dying away, has now continued for 2 and a half months. The hit & miss nature, and the fact that once a specific case becomes public, it goes from "we advise you to cancel your Neteller request and select ..........." to "you have been paid".
 
Read a post on a different forum that they had offered 60% aff commission at the Budapest Affiliate Conference.

60%:eek: Another warning signal IMO.
 
I heard about that as well Spider....60%? Pretty bizarre. Sounds desperate to me, but that's just speculation.

I am very glad that Arash got paid...but what if he/she had not been a member of CM? Would they have cancelled their withdrawal and requested a wire transfer as accounts told them to do?

What is going on at this place? Someone needs to tell the players something..whether that be Louise or whoever. Bryan, do you still recommend this group of casinos and are you confident there are no cashflow issues? Why did this player wait eight days, only to be told that Neteller withdrawals couldn't be done....then when they PAB, presto!! Neteller withdrawal processed. What about average Joe who doesn't belong to CM or any other forum? How long is he waiting for his withdrawals?
 
I don't want to complain but feel it is my obligation to other players......

I am hopeful that everyone will eventually be paid. But, I feel an obligation to players to say that after several years at playing Rushmore with no delay in payment that it is clear they have some type of issue at this time. CS blames it on the increased number of cashins but I don't believe that can really be the reason as so many payments are being delayed. I hope CM can get some up-to-date information. I have a pending cashin and will post outcome when paid (or not paid) .

there are posts regarding delays on other forum websites also.
 
Louise has stated that some of us are 'jumping in the bandwagon' and making the situation worse than it really is. To a certain extent she is right as this would be akin to a run on your local bank and if everyone withdraws their deposits at the same time, the bank can easily go bust. However, if they are no cashflow problems (which is hardly believable) then she should clearly spell out the problems.

I think we have given her ample opportunities to defend Rushmore. The situation is no more clearer than it was months ago. I am sorry to say that this is certainly a case of 'cashflow problems'. But wait, it could be worse. There might even be financial problems with this group. Normally, cashflow problems are only temporary. This has been dragging on for far too long.
 
I requested 2 withdrawals from Rushmore on September 15, one for $4000 and the other for $1000. The $1000 withdrawal was paid on September 17 and the $4000 is still pending. I don't understand why the $4000 wasn't paid first (it was requested first). I will post when the remaining $4000 gets paid.

Just wanted to update the status of my withdrawal...I had made a small withdrawal earlier in the week so my $4000 withdrawal couldn't be paid (would have went over the $4000 weekly max), thats why the $1000 was paid first. I have been paid another $3000 and the remaining $1000 will be paid in a week. (Thanks Louise!)
 
Maybe its getting better , i sure hope so as i miss playing there.........i will most likely start playing there again as they seem to be trying to get this all under control, i would imagine this has not only been a headache for the players but also for Louise herself........imo..........laurie

Hope everyone's enjoying the rest of their weekends (for what is left!).

I have been informed by the withdrawals department that all e-wallet withdrawals are now up to date, so thanks for everyone's patience and sorry for those who experienced delays. All checks and wires are now up to date also, however, the last delayed batch (for player's currently waiting just over the 10 business day wait) are currently on their way to players so won't be received until mid-week this week coming.

I apologize for the misinformation you received - This is not correct. E-wallet withdrawals are approved and sent (also received) within 2-3 business days from time of request and do not take 6-10 days to reach you.

I've contacted the withdrawals department to see why your funds have not reached your UseMyWallet account, even though your withdrawal was approved, and will be in touch within the next few hours.
