Not sure if this is old news to most of you, but Betsafe launched Wizard of Oz Ruby Slippers today and they're doing £25 free to play it

Be warned though,it's full of lag and rolling reels - every spin you think you're going to get the Slippers feature and you're not. Still a great game though, I love Ruby Slippers.

The WMS slots are totally shagged at anywhere other than Jackpot Party at the moment, I'm somewhat surprised that they're rolling out more slots to casinos when the backend server infrastructure is clearly already overloaded.

From about 5pm-7pm you may as well forget it in my experience, it tends to get better as the evening progresses.

I play them at Unibet but I'm getting exactly the experience as described by the OP, and it's a safe bet that all the casinos who are running WMS slots except Jackpot Party, are using the same overloaded servers.

I am not happy with Betsafe at all. Lost over £500 within last 2 months and not had any withdrawals for years. Despite that not even a small free bonus or freespins could be granted when contacting them.

Also not had anything about the £25?? freeplay.

Only had newsletter with £25 bonus 50%??

BetSafe send me free spins/NDB all the time through email, but when I enter the code they tell me "that code doesn't exist..." so I don't bother.
I guess I could contact CS and report the issue, but free spins are usually insulting anyway and NDBs are puny and pointless so I can't be arsed.

Yeah Betsafe only offers select countries the good bonuses, while throwing the scraps to the other countries. I think Dionysus started a thread a while back regarding the perks of remaining loyal to Betsafe and the conclusion was that there are none unless you're from one of those select countries. Therefore there's no real incentive to remain loyal.

I received the 50% bonus as well. Quite frankly though I'd rather play without the restrictions of that stingy bonus and therefore choose to play at Nordicbet where the WMS games appear to be faster.

It's my go-to casino when I don't want any hassle. Like last week when I deposited £45 and won nearly £2k quite quickly. I withdrew straight away, but had that been a bonus I would've had loads of WR to get through, and who knows how much of that big win I would've lost in the process? I trust BetSafe implicitly, they pay out faster than anyone else (it's close with RedBet though), no trouble whatsoever.

I agree you can expect fast cash-outs from Betsafe. However you can expect fast cash-outs from most of other casinos listed on the accredited list. But what makes Betsafe different to the other casinos? What's the incentive to play there above the other casinos? What's the incentive to stay loyal? There is none.

I concur with mrmark21,

Loyalty is all about how much you are rewarded for your play. If NO BONUSES are your cuppa tea, then you have the ability to opt out of it at ALL Casinos.

It is crappy when you deposit more than most other players from eligible countries and don't qualify for anything. It all goes back to the thread I started about which Casino treated you best... I play at lots of Casinos but I deposit way more where I am looked after

There are other casinos with the same games, but I like having a choice [of casino]. If, for example, DoA is playing shite at "Casino A", I'll try it at Betsafe, or RedBet.

Well I do understand what you are saying, Betsafe however still offers me free spins and deposit bonus(even if I win) while Nordicbet that have given me free spins every week for 6 months suddenly stopped giving me free spins when I won and when I asked their CS they came up with a lame excuse that it was random and had nothing to do with me winning from free spins, lol I find it strange that I stopped getting free spins after I won 2012 and haven't gotten any free spins since.

If you feel that they don't offer you anything good then stop deposit over there and look for a casino that actually offers you something free spins,cash or deposit bonuses.
