Hey all,

I'm having trouble getting to the paytable screen from inside the games... (the new real-series slots.) Is it just me, or is there no link to get to them without going to "help" at the bottom; which takes you to the game's webpage?

...or am I just dense? Remember, I just had my eye worked on, so my vision isn't 100% yet


...and if you truly cannot get to the paytables IN the game itself, why?? Did RTG programmers just get lazy all of a sudden?


Wow, I just loaded Realm of Riches (old RTG slot), and there's not any place to see the paytable there, either. What happened?

Hi Winbig I have had no trouble accessing the paytables before but I will just check again now to see nothing has changed.
EDIT:
No they are still there.
I just click the help button and it takes me straight to the paytable same as other RTG.
What exactly are you experiencing and on which game/s

Well,

Realm of Riches: No paytable link, "Help" takes you to an external webpage
Phantom of the Opera: Ditto
King Tut's Treasure: Ditto
Achilles: "Help" takes you to the paytable within the game itself.

Weird!

I think this is an issue isolated to Rushmore...

Just tried all those games and no problem whatsoever

It must be your pc.
Have you got the latest java and flash downloads installed etc?
I wonder if anyone else has this problem and you can compare system specs.

I am running XP

Itmay be to late now but they have some decent bonus offers on first deposits(400% slots 250% MB 150% W/E) but maybe you don't take bonuses anyway?

I had same problem yesterday. It took me to a web page with the payouts instead of the regular paytable page. Its not you

That is odd.
They must be using the latest flash or java to display the pages where as older RTG are not.
Otherwise if it was just a bug I would have the same problem and also I know I have all the very latest downloads so that makes me think.

What OS are you using Babs/Winbig?

I don't think so - I remember this issue being raised when RTG released a new batch of games about 9 months ago.
All the new ones (since then) are like this, as far as I'm aware.

I just tried Tuts & Phantom at King Solomons - got taken to separate a web-page.

I think it's Rusty who's seeing things!

I use ie6 on my PC, and ie7 on my laptop - both running Windows XP Home - both same result.

I, as well, use XP. I have the latest flash version (just reinstalled winblows last week) so I know that's not an issue. I also use Firefox, (IE6, if the game uses that to display the payout screen.)

With so many different configurations, it's definitely an issue with RTG and not the users..

As I say I use flash and java and so have all the very latest updates and since it is only happening with new games this seems a likely suspect.
The last batch of games I have not tried yet but absolutely no problem with any of the others.
my browser is firefox primary and IE7 secondary but I doubt that IE7 is the problem.

Well, the thing is....in the past, didn't those games have "PAYTABLE" near the top of the game, under the RJ ticker? If so, why in the hell did they remove that?

Yeah I see what you are saying.
It should work for everyone but it does not seem to be just Rushmore to blame but rather something to with the way the new games display the paytable.
If you are certain you have the latest flash also make sure you have the latest java runtime.
I am sure it can be nothing to do with graphic drivers but maybe update those too as always best to have latest drivers anyway.
The only other thing to change recently is dirX so you could make sure you have the latest direct X too.

I am baffled but there has to be a common cause.

Just guessing,
All I can assume is that they have switched to AS3.0 for flash CS3 and so updated everything else as well for compatibility.
If so it hasn't worked, has it?

Haha well I don't know then unless they are still in the process of updating.
I can not see why they would change how the paytable is displayed in some old games and not in others.
Have you made sure you have all the downloads I have described, am I the only one that has no problems?
It is instant for me back and forth back and forth
Then again I have a ninja bastard pc that drains the national grid
