royalace posh casino and a few others are unreachable..

I’m very concerned about Posh as I have 26 withdrawals in process due to be and says now “server can’t be found.” Please help.
Not 96 withdrawals? :D (sorry an old joke on here, not relevant to you.)

How do you rack up 26 WDs? I mean, you must've been playing while awaiting other WDs and that would worry me after getting to just a few pending WDs, let alone 26?

It seems the group has simply stopped operating and as I guess it's grey market and doesn't come under a proper regulatory body then there's no provision regarding customer debts or balance protections.

That's lucky as it looked bad from here. But they didn't tell the players???

Hello all,

We have a Posh contact that is usually pretty good about responding to queries from us. I'll point them to this thread and see if they can't give us some answers. There are timezone differences involved here so it may take a day or so to get a response.

OK, just got a response on this:

"Hey Max—it’s been a lot over the past few days. While most of the casinos and websites are back up, it’s still slow-going. Some email servers are down ... I hope to have more info tomorrow. I’ll let you know as soon as I have more details."
I'll post more here when I get it from them.

Sounds like they're skint and stalling to me.
Nope, cyber attack. A number of their sites were down because of it, slowly coming back up now I'm told. Rep says she'll make a statement later in the day.

They took 18 months to pay me $3800, but the finally did, but still, never again
Thats absolutely ridiculous, this casino is either skint or taking the proverbial! Either way my barge pole won't be needed

Looking at the above post, I'd say they're skint or stalling. Just my opinion though.

Hi all--

Sounds like they're skint and stalling to me.

Absolute rubbish. Common sense would dictate that if this were the case, we'd not have most of our sites operational already.

The fact is that Friday afternoon, our servers fell victim to cyber attacks. Our websites, casinos, emails and other assets were affected by this. Immediately, our IT's and security team began addressing this and by yesterday, 70% of our websites and casinos and some emails were back online. We've been working around the clock and hope to have everything resolved within the next 24 - 48 hours.

No idea what your point is. Please explain.

Did you conveniently not happen to see my post immediately above yours?
"18 months to pay $3800" Would you call that absolute rubbish too?
You started off claiming the recent downtime issues were because the casinos were skint. Now you're quoting someone's (admittedly shocking) payment issues. Again, what is your point?

Complaints against these casinos -- or any casinos -- are perfectly acceptable if what you're saying is rational. Just randomly blurting out things you don't like and/or have no evidence for is something else entirely. It's important to give an effort to making sense.

My point is that they made someone wait 18 months for a payout of $3800, to me that seems like they are skint. I find complaints of this nature along with recent complaints regarding not being able to access their websites deeply concerning. Time will tell, but I dont think we've heard the last of this.

Well, they do have a reputation for s l o w payments sometimes, and who knows the circumstances of that particular player / payment issue? The site access issue is limited to the last few days IIRC and that's directly attributable to the cyber attack and its aftermath. I get your skepticism -- and the gods know they've earned it -- but you may be barking up the wrong tree on this one.

I hope so

BTW all those affected by the downtime on the various Virtual (and related) casinos:

The casino reps have told us that it's confirmed that there was a cyber attack over the weekend and they're continuing work on bringing everything back up BUT it may well take a few (or several) days to get everything back up to par. If other words, if you've got issues related to all this by all means report those through your preferred channels but do be prepared for things to move slowly over the coming days.

That said, everyone would be well advised to NOT leave their issues to go unreported for too long. They've said they'll be back up to par in a few days and it's perfectly reasonable to expect them to deliver. Sure the odd thing may still be glitchy but the bulk of services should return to normal within the projected timeframe.

How do you get paid? I have a pending withdrawal from Posh for weeks, they say they can’t send me a check!!
We have a pretty good contact at Posh. If you'd like us to look into this for you you're welcome to use our complimentary Player Arbitration (PAB) service. Here's a guide to getting started with that: How to submit a Player Arbitration (PAB) Ticket - Casinomeister Forum

If you do proceed please ensure that you have read and will comply with the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures . Failure to comply with the rules could slow, damage or even cancel your PAB.
