This part is true, but if you happen to win 5000 while playing with your cash you can cash this out with no restrictions. You don't need to meet the wagering requirements. Playing with cash never has any restrictions on Royal Panda, no matter if you have a bonus active or not.

I may as well just play for cash then. I have had a session where I bust my 'Cash' balance and proceeded to play on bonus funds. I managed to increase it reasonably - I ended up redepositing about 3-4 times to make wagering and lost the cash, ran out of funds, lost the bonus too and ended up worse off than if I had a 'Wager Friendly Bonus'.

This is one of the main reasons I dislike your bonus approach. It gets players (some of them) depositing more to wager something that should have been wagered with the same funds to begin with.

Each person may find something in it that may suit them, however coupled with your restriction on Dead or Alive it makes it a worthless exercise for me. Each to their own i suppose ...

I think this bonus model suits medium/high rollers very well that are not scared to place some bigger bets while playing with the bonus. If you are lucky to win big on bonus-play a redeposit in order to turn over the bonus will be worth it. I really like this bonus-structure however low-rollers might have difficulties to find the right time for a redeposit and will be pissed off if they lose multiple redeposits without converting the bonus.

I would personally agree that it could result in a lot of unwanted account closures and there are no plans of adding such a rule at the moment.

Honestly sorry to hear that you are having such bad luck, but closing your account might indeed be the best thing to do in your situation. Look, the casino has thousands of active players, they are raking in a fortune I'm sure. All from totally legit operations too.
They have absolutely zero need to "rig" the games to favour one player or another (or to lower the chances/payout for players). Not when the games are DESIGNED to guarantee the house wins in the end. This house edge and guaranteed income is the sole reason casinos exist; to make money.

What part dont you understand about casinos having NO control over the outcome of any game. They do not set the RTP - do not have influence over who wins and who does not. Thats already built into the game. There is nothing rigged about Royal Panda as there is nothing rigged about any other casino using reputable software. But it is built into the maths model that over all the player will loose!

To call them out as "Rigged" totally wrong in my opinion and think the rep had it right when he said closing your accounts might be the best thing for you as you seem to have real issues with loosing. Which you did and now looking for someone to blame. You pays your money and take your chances like anyone else.
