While I never get did to meet Melvin, I met a few of your crew, and got to dance with the Panda back in June.
Took the welcome match, and another deposit and I'm pretty sure I had something xtra here from CM.
So I thought I'd deposit now, to catch the last week of the very nice promo you have run for us.
Low and behold, there is $10 in my account.
Which I know I did not leave, and thank you very much.
But I assume it's some kind of bonus, again thank you.
But I'm outside of support hours. It's 10:10 at night for me.
I can get that you don't offer livechat or phone 24/7.
But email support is also limited hours.
Maybe there is a way to check any requirements myself. But I'm a pretty new customer there, and IIRC there's a somewhat complicated bonus structure, or maybe I just have you confused with another casino.
Honestly, had my balance been zero I may have made a deposit. I still would have wanted to ask questions. But when I need to ask questions and there's no form of support, I'm not depositing.
I'm not going to pass on a chance to play a free ten, however I earned it, I'll go back during support hours.
But I like you guys even though I have not played much, I like what I see and how people feel about your business, and how I've seen the rep(s) deal with issues for players.
And I know that I am not the only gambler that lives outside europe, and even some of those stay up past 12:30 am, especially on a weekend and a bit of play.
I respectfully suggest at least email support outside of business hours.
I believe the bonus part is sorted now, but you are completely right that our support is not ideal for players from outside Europe. It is something that we want to improve in the future for sure, because as you say there are many other potential players that live outside Europe. For now I can only tell you that we continuously improve and expand our CS team and that someday in the future we're aiming to have 24/7 support. Hard to say when exactly when, and I understand that it's not ideal for you at the moment.
