Hey, I did hear about one or two cases like this now. For the rest of the players it seems to be working fine. Are you normally able to play these NYX games on other casinos, and are the other NYX games working fine on our site? I do want to start using RP more often, mainly due to the great integrity your site has built up and your regular forum presence.

It had something to do with the configuration of the USD currency in one of the free spins plans. When looking at all affected players we found out that all of them were part of the same free spins plan, and all of them had USD as a currency. Then we had to find out the problem together with NYX and then find a way to get it fixed.

Little dilemma here guys. What to do?

I won 4.45€ in free spins. Which some luck I made that 119€.
Now in order to withdraw I have to deposit. Also I have to wager the 4.45 * 35 = 155€
Only cash balance counts toward wagering.

So what would you do, play a bit more, have some fun hoping to increase the balance with the risk losing it or
deposit and hope to complete the wagering with the cash balance.
