Roulette is a game of chance but unlike most other casino games, the player has the advantage of only betting if the 'law of averages' are in his favour.
If you record number at land or online casinos after 1000 spins you will see that all numbers hit pretty much as often as the next. In my opinion this gives the player a chance to develop a successful strategy.

This does not mean that the chance of a number rises when this number has not been hit for 100 or even 1000 spins before. Therefore, there can't be a roulette system. You are right, in the long run all numbers have the same chance of hitting. But that does not mean that you can make any assumptions in the short run.

I disagree that it's rude. I understand that the main language of this forum is English, but if you try to search - you can find many posts in other languages. Many of them are just greetings for new players (since many forum members don't use English where they do live), but I can's see anything rude if I tried to explain something to another forum member in his native language. IMPO it is equivalent to whispering to someone in front of someone else. I'm sure you would be offended if you were speaking English to some people and they all of a sudden began conversing in a language you understand. If you want to have a chat in Russian why not PM?

Seems like you are very new to casinos and gambling. iirc, the longest sequence of numbers of the same color occurred in land-based casino is 32 times. 16 numbers in a row and of the same color are pretty rare (you can calculate the probability) but the are NOT impossible.

Yes it WILL occur!
Mathematically once in every 65,536 spins.
Also mathematically, EVERY SINGLE BET you place on Roulette, no matter how much, what on, or when, IS exposed to the 2.7027% house edge.
You can no more avoid that than you could defy gravity & jump over the moon!

Also, if you're starting with $1 and doubling your bet on every spin, do you realise that by spin 16 you will have risked $65,535 to win just $1!

You may think 65,536 makes it "as good as certain to never happen", but I can tell you in a real B&M casino I have seen Red come up on a Roulette wheel 21 times in a row.
These things can and DO happen, and 65,536 to one is nothing compared to some things, for example, the odds of this happening were 1 in 3.69 MILLION - but it still happened...
