Question Roulette Players advice

Are there any Roulette players about? I've just started playing a bit of Roulette at Live online casinos and wondered what other more experienced players look for when choosing a game to play. I get that it's better to play with one Zero and I've been looking for games where i can place the "French Bets" and where the minimum stake is low on a single number so I can make my chip stack last. Is there anything else I should be looking out for? I quite enjoy playing when I can see other players betting rather than on a table on my own, which is what I get when playing against the computer.

hi neil , your better playing on playtech live roulette then euro version for small stakes 10p lowest from what i can recall , unibet also have some low limit stakes 10p , be aware though not all playtechs are good ( use the accredited ones on here)

mix & match on live games its either lucky or not short bursts aswell if your losing, hammer it when your hitting dont play to long either stick with our roulette dont bother with american roulette as it has double 00

there isnt much else i can think of looking into the games apart from RNG ive found to be a lot less rewarding over time

Most places I've seen that offer the double zero "American" style also off the single zero "European" style, so there's pretty much no reason to ever play with double 0, especially if you want your money to last.

If you place even money bets such as red, black, even, odd, or the like, you should look for a game that offers "la partage" rule, where you get half your money back on zero. If you don't place 50/50 bets, then you don't need to worry about this. Be aware that manually placing bets over half of the numbers may not qualify for the half-back on zero.

That's about all there is to it for strategy. You'll get the most play time by flat-betting at a small wager, but that may not be the most entertaining strategy. Alternatively, you can bet big from the start, and you have the best chance of hitting a big win, but might bust very quickly. Some people like to start small and raise their bets when their luck is good, which gives you a bit of a compromise between these two. Ultimately, it comes down to which style suits your preference, so you should play how you most enjoy (and the house will always win in the end regardless).

1. Dont stick around long enough to suffer multiple bad rounds. Hit the table hard and hope for the best, accept your losses on a bad day.
2. If you're going nuts with sidebets, always place a small chip on 0 (or split it between 0 and the adjacent numbers)

What are the side bets?

Not too sure if I used the correct term, but for me a side bet in roulette is anything but a bet on numbers (eg. dozens, black/red, even/uneven etcetera)

I'm no good at "French Bet" actually. I'm a European roulette player and so far, Martingale system is the most effective whenever I bet at BetCoin casino. I believe the Martingale is a double-up-after-you-lose progressive betting system, which simply means you double the size of your next bet whenever the previous bet lost. It's all based on assumption.
