But what sort of challenge is this? It's David vs Goliath on steroids. Your company has access to accounts and account management capabilities whereas IMSPORTS doesn't.

In order to prove anything conclusively one way or another you'd need not only back end transaction details from yourselves but also corresponding transaction details from independent banking logs. Even then, there's nothing to say that the money that is 'deposited' by him at your casino isn't reimbursed in some kind of monthly cashback deal masquerading as or tied into affiliate income.

There could be any number of possible scenarios when it comes to deposits and withdrawals.

See how complicated it would be to prove? But I'm sure you know this.

The actual written contract he has with you would be much more telling.

Either way, this thread has gone round in circles for a fair few pages now so I'm going to bow out of it. I have nothing more to add other than I'd like to believe the rep is being 100% honest here :)

How easy that would be fake? One minute to print template and get it signed. If there ever would need to prove some transactions are real, that's something casino have to be able to do to satisfy MGA (in this case i assume) audits where all information relating to account need to exist and these always have 3rd parties like payment and game providers and these need to match to their logs.

Then again, they can send money in a letter or what so ever if we go far enough in proving something, not too many can be 100% proven as we see so many conspiracy theories all over, is it true even that somebody have been in moon? :)

Ps. I think it's not really responsible to make bets for 6 salaries, or if it was meant to be hour wage, then it can still be in border line but 6 days, months or years salary is really irresponsible bet size.

So i believe it's very simple noticed for most of us players his reactions after big wins / big loses are completely not natural - mayby young vievers gambling begginers belive he is legit but lets be serious -it's only about delivered traffic and shared commission all rest is just funny show for virtual coins.

Your casino knows exactly what they're doing. You are using this chap as a tool to promote your casino and get customers through the door. You offer him terms that allows him to do big bets to attract more viewers and in turn new customers through the door and then use his brand to promote your casino further in an email campaign that makes it sound that anybody can have these life changing wins, when in reality it is not going to happen to the readers of the email.

This is about ethics. Poor ethics on behalf of your casino and would make me very reluctant signing up if I could.

Saying "it wont happen to the readers of the email" is a lie, no? It probably wont happen, but it could.
Sure, a 2000x + hit is not common, but still a hell of a lot more common than winning the jackpot at any given jackpotslot.
And more or less all casinos advertise them with "will you be the next winner!??!?!" "Mega moolah is up to xmillions now, you can be the next winner"
etc.
Getting a 130k hit on €50 bet is much more likely to happen than ever hitting the jackpot for several millions, so where is the outrage on all the casinos so shamefully advertising their jackpotslots?

Since i work outside all jurisdicitions and licenses, getting accredited might prove difficult.

Its not just N1. For example - the majority of streamers who stream for casumo will get a deposit bonus on every single deposit - thats not what the average punter gets - its business at the end of the day - its not a secret - its the way it is . So we either accept it or move along as it is what it is what it is .

But at least those streamers are subjected to the same max bet rule unlike Rosh who gets such a deal it allows him to bet so high. And that is the issue being discussed.

No its just one of the issues being discussed - there are quite a few in this thread, fake not fake, special account, real account, has a deal where he only deposits part himself , etc etc etc

What is obvious is many people dont like Rosh, dont like N1 , dont like streamers in general

My point was that a streamer complaining about the ethics of other streamer or casinos sounds a bit weird to me.
Or do you think because you promote casinos in a way that you think is morally and ethical, you dont produce addicts and lead people into addiction that ruin their lives?

Im selling cocain, but i only advertise it by doing a little bit myself. So surely none of the people that start doing cocaine because of me will ever feel the need to ramp up their usage, right?

You're really comparing cocaine (an illegal substance) with promoting a legal activity such as gambling?

You're not getting that when you're promoting gambling that you take responsibility for doing it legally and ethically. So, yes, if I compare myself to Rosh we are miles apart. The rep of N1 already said that the advertisement that they sent out via email that includes Rosh would not be compliant to ASA standards so it would be illegal in their eyes. And I already touched on the whole ethics regarding the Rosh/N1 Casino relationship.

All connected. If he did £0.50 spins he would never get the number of viewers that he gets and this topic would not exist. Nobody would have heard of him.

He is popular simply because he does crazy high bets. Whether he plays with real money, fake money, special accounts etc. etc. is a side issue.

The key is that he is getting help from the casino (one way or another) to make these high bets because without that help he would not financially be able to do it for such a sustained period of time. Simple as.

You are totally missing the point.

I have no problem with anybody advertising gambling providing that it is done in the right manner. Rosh / N1's manner are not right, the whole point of this discussion.

If you want to discuss whether any promotion of gambling should or shouldn't be allowed, then perhaps make a separate topic on it :)
