You do realise that you will wait this long next time too don't you?

Why??.....because they know you're prepared to. Rome now knows that, even though they treat you like crap, you're gonna deposit again.

It's the MO. Rome just ignore your withdrawal and any related queries, until you make a complaint in a public forum, and then......NEIIIIIIIIGH....here comes Noah on a shiny white horse to save you! Oh yes....he's a knight in shining armor....but YOU SHOULDN'T NEED ONE.

It's so blatantly obvious that this is a deliberate policy and it really bothers me that many of those affected go back and play, regardless of the advice requested from, and offered by, concerned and experienced members. I know its not personal, but it does kind of feel like a slap in the face.

Ah, Nifty relax ;) If players choose to disregard your advice, it is their choice and the consequences are (mainly) their problem.

You are right - there is nothing personal in this, and you should not be upset by it.

I agree with you that the player should not have to call in guys like Noah (maybe the Lone Ranger would be a better simile?) to resolve payment delays - it just shouldn't be necessary at a professionally run online casino.

I don't think upset is the right word....unless you're talking about Rome casino.

It's more exasperation....and I wasn't just referring to my advice, but the others who have voiced their concerns.

I'm not losing any sleep over it. I've come to accept that people see and hear what they want to see and hear, and when I said it was like a "slap in the face" I meant it terms of making one wonder why one bothers at times.

IMO there is sufficient evidence of deliberate stalling tactics for Rome to be considered rogue, but the problem is that it never gets to PAB stage because the rep always chimes in at the last minute and pays up....which is part of the MO that IMO makes them rogue. I really hope Bryan and max can consider it.

IMO, it's not just Rome casino. It's any casino who is willing to take deposits from US players. The players have to decide how long they are willing to wait for a payout. The fast payout of 24-48 hours for the US player is obsolete. The trend is going to be 1-2 weeks, maybe even longer, again this is just my observation and opinion. The casinos have the US player(s) by the "short hairs", and they know it, it's a choice the player makes when they decide to play.

Is this right? No. They take the deposit in a matter of seconds, the withdrawals should be processed the same, or they shouldn't be taking them at all. What's going to happen to all of these casinos who have been catering to US players when/if legalization finally happens? Are doors going to slam shut in their faces when players have decent places to play at?

Nifty has a point, it shouldn't take the casino rep to push a payout through after 25 business days.
