When I log on to Rome Casino I receive popups offering one time bonuses. Well I received on that stated $250 on my next deposit. Seeing that this was a great deal, I inquired with support first before making my deposit and was told no I couldn't get it because the promo man made an error, but they could offer me 50% cashback if I lost. WHAT??? Shouldn't Casino's honor the bonus promo they advertise? Especially if someone makes the deposit first? I have a picture of the popup as proof. I am very upset with them. They also have a habit of letting the wheels continously spin when you are winning then all of a sudden you cant win anymore. Sounds like wheel resetting to me.

Normally, a new member will at least introduce themselves and make their way around before jumping in with a complaint. Well, I guess you are just a shortcut kind of person, maybe? :confused:

Anyway, Welcome, wander around, maybe peek at rules, and make yourself at home!

I know there are lots of members here that can help you out. Or lend an ear, at least.

Welcome to the forums!

This is a common tactic in less reputable online casinos where they lure you in with a great bonus and switch it around on you. They'll give you some line where they can't offer you that bonus, but give you another incentive to play - a surprising amount of players continue to deposit after the whole charade, which is why it is so often used.

My advice to you is search the forums on Rome casino and on any other casino you are thinking of playing - Casinomeister is a great service to the online gambling community that you should take advantage of.

Best of luck to you!

I will translate for OP here!

When they say;
"Sorry, that's an old promotion." Or, "Sorry, that promotion was in error."

What they mean to say is;
"We use false advertising to lure in unsuspecting customers."

It is very common practice for online casinos to do this. Sad to say that is the state of online casinos.

Never had promo problem with Rome

I would have pushed the issue but I will say, they often require a certain minimum deposit for the "advertised promotions you receive in emails or find on their websites" and unfortunately their offers seldon state what the minimum deposit is.

but in general most of the bonus the "chat agents" will give you on a 50.00 deposit are atleast 100%.

My problem with rome is the payout time it is minimum 7 days to process to quicktender. That is just too long.

7 days to quicktender? Then they must have "improved" recently - I tried them out back in December and it took them closer to 20 days to send me my funds via quicktender. It's a shame that Rome is being run so poorly (and they are one of the better Topgame casinos), becuase Topgame's software is actually kind of nice
