Her conscious lead her....and she did what was right! Laurie laid it on the line for the good of others. Give her credit for it.
I know Mystic and I have butt heads and Id like to put that aside right now.
Mystic is right. I think we need to step back a minute, let all the facts come into play and not hang Laurie over and over. Im sure there are alot of mitigating circumstances that lead laurie here. I am speaking only my opinion, I havnt talked to either Laurie or Mystic
I just think this is the type of thread that can get ugly and enough damage was done and things are on their way to healing. Life is too short, like Mystic said, she forgave Laurie and thats what matters no matter how many feel differently.
I am begging everyone here to please sit on this for a little bit. No, Im not a moderator or think I am, I just dont want this getting too ugly . I am looking out for both Mystic and Laurie and that should be enough considering our past bouts! That should mean something. Please?

Actually in my opinion this should have been between Laurijim, Mysticjoz and the Meister. If Mystic is OK with this, then it is none of my business.

There is SO much communications and documentation regarding that place and my NOT being paid it would be way too over whelming to send it all at once (let alone to see if I still have it all!) I will be one of the first ones there to help them through, until then.. I am quite about it)

I wish I could say I agree with that. However, from what I understand this thread is being monitored word for word by the one who is "supposed to help resolve" this issue. And with that being said, I do want to let him know that email addy #2 was also returned.
So, in public I would like to ask that he either PM myself or Lauram with a valid email address. I myself have learned in the past (from this casino in particular) not to have any phone conversations with them. In the past all the screen shots of transactions and all the documented conversations couldn't get me paid. And personally I don't blame LJ for not wanting to call them herself at this point. but yes... she did the right thing. and No I haven't had any offers put on the table for me. yet. (I do hope for one) but I know this group better than that and I hope they don't drag it out as I am feeling as if false hopes were already given.
So IF this person who is supposed to resolve this IS reading this thread please PM either Lauriejim or myself. that would be the first step in resolving this issue IF you do want to resolve it.

im feeling pretty low now, just had a email from james(octavio) he has lost his job and they fired him, my beef was with dean and the casino upper management and owner about how they jerk people around, i forwarded the email to babs, kakata, bingot and j todd as proof, he disputes what i had said and i was even reminded that tomorrow is 9/11 and what i did to him was an act of terrorism.i had asked this roger not to fire octavio as the management knew all about this and it should have been them that got fired, look all i wanted is mystics money paid to her, they cant fire dean as he quit or was fired or andre as he skipped off with another mgr. and got married.i didnt know trying to right a wrong would be so painful and so hurtful to others including myself, shoulda maybe kept it all to myself after all, i didnt want to hurt everyone, just those responsable for the lying and cheating that has gone on so long at poc and to those players affected, being too kind hearted has been my biggest flaw imo, need to get more cynical and hateful and vindictive as person to fit in with the rest of the world but that wouldnt be me..............laurie

My belief theres more casinos then just that. Example with Ultimate Bet/AB "new management" "extort money from players"...on and on. I am sure there is many more that haven't been brought out.
I have come to the terms that any where I put my money online at any casino...its a big "GAMBLE"....I gamble that its a legimate casino...that I may win(but lately thats few and far between)...I might get paid if I do win(without having to go through loops)...and if any of those happen...its been a Damn Good Day! Unfortuately lately as you can see by many posts that "Good Days" don't come very often anymore.

(a gambler lady tho)....and cause you are a gambler lady you are forgiven(IMHO) for what you and many of us did at least once in life....I did it.

Not your fault Laurie!...as you only shared the truth. To be used as you were and have kept silent about it so long speaks volumes in itself about you. Bodies had to hit the floor on this one as it came to light, and you have no control over that. Obviously that place is nothing but a beehive of illegal activity and now that it's been exposed, someone has to take the fall for it. Too bad some innocents got caught up in the trap. If I've ever seen a thread powerful enough to bring a casino to its knees in all my years at Meister's, this is definitely the one. Don't feel guilty because they no doubt had it coming to them.

I have no personal beef with the guy that got fired but he was working for a corrupt outfit, he must have known that and been party to at least some of the despicable actions of this Casino.
Even if he is an innocent he should be glad of the opportunity to get away from this group and can use his sacking as evidence that he was not complicit in any wrongdoings to his benefit when courting a reputable outfit.

In my many years of working I have worked for some good people and some crooks. What I could tell you about tax evasion and security fraud would curl your hair. Most of the time I got out as fast as I could but sometimes you just try to wait it out. All of this was a personal choice. That is what these people made - a personal choice. Well Laurie i sure think you could use a hug right about now. I also got taken by this group of casinos. Im a little bewildered that the casino would even think of discussing another players account in the first place. And to make matters worse the guilt trip they are placing on you with giving you information that they are firing personal. Hang in there girl what you did was right coming forward with this and im sure you will have a lot of support from cm members here me included.

Our best strategy is to be on the offensive. If I take Joe Pesci hostage and pull out his fingernails one by one with a pair of pliers, than I'm confident that he'll call off his thugs before they can do any real harm. Live your life as normal Laurie because you are totally innocent......but we're going to have to act behind the scenes on your behalf. The first guy I see in your neighborhood is going to have his head put in a vise, and I expect he'll disclose any future plans that the mob has against you.

good question, i dont know what else to do, maybe it wouldnt hurt to do live chat and just say PAY MYSTIC NOW!!! and jamm their live chat up for awhile atleast some unexpecting player may not be able to get thru and make a deposit, just my thoughts and if thats done it needs to be done to all the casinos in that group, non stop, what do ya'll think?...also they have cirrus U.K so our brittish members could work on that one also...........

I would try a little longer, to try and get this issue worked out with them before I started using those type of tactics...reserve those for now and use them only as a last resort and there are several others that can be used too...

I would suggest that you try to work this out in a civilized manner Laurie, for that's always the best avenue to take! The secondary methods always seem to violate the law. I wish you luck!
