I am looking for help regarding an issue I am having with BetRoyal casino. It has been a month and a half since I requested my withdrawal. I deposited $1,000 and tried clearing their cashable 100% bonus. I lost $360 in the process since they have a $5 minimun bet now and the variance got me. So I requested my $640 back on Jan 17th. Everytime I chat with them they tell me they will process it next week. Next week they tell me the same thing with the excuse that they have a limit on how much money they can payout everyday, which I think is a bunch of bs. Im really tired of waiting for my money and I want to accelerate the payment, as ʹve heard they can last months to pay you and Im not willing to wait. What would you recommend me? Anybody you know that made them pay him by doing something else besides nagging them on the live chat everyday? Thanks for your help. It will be greatly appreciated it since I dont know what to do.

You should not have played there from the beggining. They are in the rogue list and if you have done a little search before depositing you wouldnt play at all.
Anyway, now its too late and at least this experience will help you in your future adventures in online gambling. Dont get deissapointed, it was just a bad decision to play there. Dont get disappointed from that. I assume you always have the option to "lose" the balance on play for fun.

I dont think anybody can help you now, it seems to me that all you have to do is to repeat your request every week (and pray )

I feel your pain. I am still waiting for a payout too. 4 weeks into waiting and I contacted them today as it's the beginning of a new week. This time they said it would be issued within a few days. That their processor can only send out a limited number per day. But prior to that I've been getting the ''next week... next week... this week... '' thing too. So... we'll see. I'll certainly let you know if I get paid.

It's not with betroyal, but it's from one of the other v.groups.

Make sure to let us know if you ever get your money. Might give some of us other suckers a glimpse of hope.

I think you'll get paid eventually. I used to play alot at BetRoyal (very rarely now) and always got paid. The virtual casino group was improving with their payout time about 3-4 months ago, but have really stalled out the last 2 months. I'm still waiting for 2 final payments from Prism originally requested middle of January.

It's a really difficult situation for US players as they have limited places to play. The accredited RTG casinos at this site are typically very tight (e.g. Mainstreet group, Inet Bet) and can get away with it because of lack of competition. It seems like such an opportunity for a reputable, fast paying and "looser" casino to come along and capture a large Market share of US players who enjoy the RTG games. I used to think the virtual casinos were "looser", but now they're just as tight as all the others. No real advantage playing there other than the bonuses.

Yes, it's a frustration for U.S. Players because we are so limited. I live in a restricted state. Therefore, I have a choice of like 5 online casinos to play in that are reputable.

All of which I've played at. And they all seem tight. I can play longer with a free chip than I can with my own deposit. If that's true for most, it's no wonder there's bonus abusers and free chip hunters out there.

Best luck I have had is at rogue casino's. Who since they don't pay you at all, or pay you at a snails pace when they recover enough money, have the luxury of loosening their games.

All RTG casinos are SCAM. Only iNetBet is OK

Well I wouldnt say ALL RTG's. There are a few others that did manage to make CM's accredited list. I'm assuming the accredited one's earned their reputations just as much as the rogue one's did.

Having never been let down by Virtual and Betroyal Casinos I continued to play. My last withdrawal request of $85 was paid by Virtual on time. Just before I had put in that request, I put one in at Betroyal for $1570 + small bonus on the 19th February. On the 3rd March they adjusted the amount (removed bonus amount) and left my request on awaiting approval until the 10th March at which time they approved the withdrawal.

At 11.27pm UK time on the 12th April it finally hit my neteller account, all $1570. This of course is just a few weeks (about 6) outside of their stated t&cs.

Will it take longer next time? Not sure? Do I want to find out? Maybe not. Am I being harsh as its the first time they have dragged their heels with a payout to me? Reading all the negative comments, probably not harsh at all.

Where you play is a personal choice possibly guided by the experienced gamers on this and other forums. I am in no way sticking my fingers up to these people, but I have been paid and I am well in credit with both the casinos mentioned above. After waiting 2 months for this payment I have to admit I am wondering do I want to run the risk of non payment?

Jut because someone claims to be badly treated doesn't necessarily mean they have, some people post just to stir things up against a particular software, hence the recently seen comment on here that 'all RTG are rogues'. I also play at Inet and Clubworld now Inet always pay promptly, and my first withdrawal has gone in over the weekend to Club, lets see what happens there. If you play somewhere where you are winning AND you have ALWAYS been paid would you stop?

Plenty other complaints on these boards about certain casinos, but I am convinced that its a case of 'its MG it'll be OK' or 'its Rival it'll be ok'.

Incidentally nobody will ever tell me where to play, that is a choice I make. Got the same comments 2 or 3 months ago, still winning, still getting paid. I can't help it that I'm not from the US, as thats where all the apparently 'wronged' players hail from.

Pay or no pay, you are condoning their rogueness by patronizing them. You are supporting their operation both directly and indirectly by giving their operation credence boasting of your wins and payments. Honestly, I couldn't care less if they paid you or not - the bottom line is that they have no business ethics. They have a history of unorthodox management, most of which has been documented here in the forum and on the main site. To tout that they pay you is both naive and irresponsible; you've probably have led another flock of sheep into their fleecing machine.

Player's need to learn that there is a certain amount of responsibility one needs to exercise when deciding at which casino to through one's money. It's a shame you can't see past that.

Answer: So they'll have people going around giving them good PR. If they were to not pay everyone that tried to cash out, then they wouldn't have any customers.
