I tryed to log in today to my Trada Account and get the Message:
Your account has been suspended. Please contact support@tradacasino.com for more information.
But it All started 2 month ago i want to do a Deposit and get a Error Message and a Blocked Pop Up with every Deposit Method i tryed. First i tryed only the one Methods i normally use anywhere Trustly , Sofortüberweisung , Ecopayz... same error everywhere then i tryed all the Methods available just if to be sure that the error can t be on myside and also tryed the Methods i have available at other Casinos with SUCESS an ywhere No Problems only at Trada. Live Chat cant help so i have do deal with the technical Department via Email which have response times from min 5days till 3 Weeks to get ony mail back so the Progress count monthes the first month i need to make them clear that this Error can t be on myside because anything works fine at other Casinos expect Trada. Then they said it have to be an Issue with their Payments Operator idk they want to fix it weeks later Conor send me PM anything should now be fixed i m able to depost so happy loged in start Deposit B'm pop up block from Ecopayz account log in with the same Error Message as before. So the Progress starts again, i m really pissed and feel not to get great Support for all that time and anything i spend for this making Screenhots and things and they did not fixed the Problem till today....and I also did not get any Email or Info about closing my account, is this fair handling and standard for a accredited Casino??
I did not do anything wrong and the Error is on Casinos Site or Operators site and why are they not able to figure it out in Monthes. I m sorry but that is my very badest Casino Experience ever in Online Gambling.

Normally i liked trada also taked part of their CM Promotions and these thing anything was good and now this End ??? I just want to make this Public because i have give them so much time and anything to get it fixed but the End from the Story closing my Account because of the Deposit Error that i have never ever had anywhere anytime -.-
