@rizkaffiliatemanager - Explain to me why you totally screwed me over about a year ago and slapped a stupid net loss limit onto my account for no reason which I am unable to change or get removed?
It basically makes it impossible for me to play, as when I play and reach that net loss I get pop ups while I am on the slots saying net loss limit reached.......

I was a loyal customer who had deposited a hell of a lot over a long period of time and yet for some unknown reason you just decided to do this out of the blue, without an email or anything. I only noticed it when I was playing and I got the pop up messages saying net loss limit reached...... So it basically made me not able to play any slots what so ever.
It basically locks me totally out of doing anything. Funny thing is, I can then still redeem free spin rewards but as soon as I try to use that balance won from the free spins I get the pop up again, NET LOSS LIMIT reached........
You lost a customer when you did this obviously. Because you basically screwed me over not able to do anything. Like the 100 can be reached within an hour. So if you want playtime longer than an hour, then you have no chance. Then you have to wait a month for it to reset..........
