Sorry it took some time to find a representative for Rizk, Guts, Kaboo and Thrills Casino.
Temporary, a person to contact will be @rizkaffiliatemanager. This is mainly Rizk representative, but surely will address any concerns related to these other brands too.

Got hit with a pop up asking for more information while I was playing the other day.

Got the email below a bit later. Bear in mind I have had the account 5 or 6 years, and have passed enhanced verification

So I go to upload them, doesn't ask me for anything of the sort, it wants me to upload a payslip or employment contract. Emailed back telling them I dont have either straight away. Still waiting and because they can't be bothered to email me back, my account is now restricted. Tried live chat again, took ages, the CS agent was terrible taking ages to reply to simple questions.

They don't like it when you give them negative feedback on the survey at the end of live chat though!
 
@rizkaffiliatemanager - Explain to me why you totally screwed me over about a year ago and slapped a stupid net loss limit onto my account for no reason which I am unable to change or get removed?

It basically makes it impossible for me to play, as when I play and reach that net loss I get pop ups while I am on the slots saying net loss limit reached.......

The way I see it is you are 100% living upto your casinos name. Play at rizk casino at your *OWN RIZK*

I was a loyal customer who had deposited a hell of a lot over a long period of time and yet for some unknown reason you just decided to do this out of the blue, without an email or anything. I only noticed it when I was playing and I got the pop up messages saying net loss limit reached...... So it basically made me not able to play any slots what so ever.

It basically locks me totally out of doing anything. Funny thing is, I can then still redeem free spin rewards but as soon as I try to use that balance won from the free spins I get the pop up again, NET LOSS LIMIT reached........

You lost a customer when you did this obviously. Because you basically screwed me over not able to do anything. Like the 100 can be reached within an hour. So if you want playtime longer than an hour, then you have no chance. Then you have to wait a month for it to reset..........

So yeah great work Rizk..........

Sadly the Maltese clip joint strikes again, white hat I’ve no issues and l and l are fine, but I’ve made sure my kyc is in order before so much as spending a penny.

id never join a new maltese casino or even attempt a deposit sadly no longer as the rizk ironically isn’t worth the worry.

we will in the U.K. only have big bookies soon to choose from, that said never seem to get a single issue from those as the nonsense of kyc is done via electoral role I believe.
