Rizk Casino Verification

I am trying to verify myself before depositing with Rizk.

They want a screen shot of my Neteller account with my account number and name showing.

I have searched for about 20 mins and can not find such a page. I cannot even find a page with my name on it, just my account number.

Can anyone point me in the right direction??

Acutally I cannot find it either! Maybe you should ask Rizk if a ID Card and a copy of your Neteller Card isn't enough!!?

I was on live chat and the agent said thats what they need.

I explained it was not there and they said I needed to email Neteller for it?????

Ive messaged the rep but he is on holiday

On the top right corner at Neteller you have a little fellow. Click on that and you will get your name and account number.

The sad part here is that the casinos support should know about this and don't ask you to send an email to Neteller.
I hope the captain will read this thread so he can tell his staff.
