After reading the review here, I decided to check out Rizk casino.

The very first experience was not pleasant, as I was not given a welcome bonus for my first deposit. What confused me was that under the deposit button, there was a summary of, what I thought to be, the most important points from the Terms and Conditions. It said there that "players from the UK and IRELAND are not eligible for the welcome bonus", so I thought to myself - ok, that's not me and went on to deposit. I never got the bonus and after reading the full T&Cs I saw that there's a whole list of countries whose players cannot apply for welcome bonus, which included my country of residence too.. So that was very dissapointing as I thought I was somewhat mislead.

However, the whole gaming experience after that was really good! Simple & beautiful layout, I really enjoy the themed Captain Rizk backgrounds for different slot games! Also that wheel of rizk and power bar ideas are quite cool, and give me more encouragement to play. Havent got to the withdrawal part yet, but judging from your comments that should go smooth! The live support team was also comptetent and quick both times that I needed them.

Enjoying Rizk so far

I too recently joined and deposited after seeing it highlighted on the Casinomeister homepage and am liking it so far! I play mainly on iPad, the mobile site is very easy to navigate with larger links-easier to use with fingers and little chance of accidently fat-fingering it onto a tab or game you didn't mean to! Haven't got around to logging on via laptop yet, but will shortly. I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations for slots on Rizk, hot, cold, good features etc or if I have just missed it on here when I browse, is there a different thread like winnings or hot slots etc with member suggestions listed? Few issues today, only started happening more regularly a few hours ago after a pretty solid run with no dramas. Hey Spintee - thanks for pointing this out. I think that this is incorrect, for a reload bonus all payment methods should be accepted, there is probably a hangover from the welcome bonus here.

Yeah, 100% is indeed hard to resist. I do nowadays 8/10 bonus free deposits but hardly ever like to miss a 75% or 100% bonus. And the one at Rizk is up to 100, total 200 to play with, which can go a long way on DOA.

I have been having this error since the day I joined, usually it's when I immediately open a game or midway through it will freeze and reload this error page. There are 2 versions I get; "Error Not Defined" and also "Challenge Invalid"
I don't have access to WMS slots anyhow but for me it happens on a variety of games, including Microgaming/Nyx and others I can't think of right now. The error wasn't solved/recognised on their end after Captain Rizk looked into it for me so I just try and avoid those games. Morning. Just tried opening Rizk on my iPad, both by typing in the address and also clicking a Google Link but it's loading an error page something about Server or Host and Cloudflare Network and so forth. It takes 30 mins roughly to go up a level, so thats 30 x 25 points = 750, that means they must have averaged around 17 points every spin on the wheel without getting anything else, and thats assuming they have played for the full 15 hours without a break!

If each spin is 1 unit, and both players spin 100 units, then its cost UK & US players 100 units. However the cost in $ would be $100 for the US player and $145 for the UK player, yet both would only move along the wheel and therefore the race the exact same amount. So if 100 spins = 1 level it has cost the UK player 45% more to get there, or 29% more if it were euro instead of $.

Don't see how it can be explained clearer than that tbh.

I can't see how someone could be that high in the race though after such a short time, unless they won race points on pretty much every spin of the wheel, as it was said in another thread you go up a level after 25-30 minutes of play. Since I posted they haven't had another point in 2 hours.
