so I got to put it out there iam Canadian player I mostly play vs. but also like ristzcasino just the layout. anyways I got lucky 4 withdraws in a month like 1800$. well on there bank page says banktransfer notbank wire. I etransfer when I deposit cant withdraw that way even though it says you can. I got nailed 90$ in fees I dont give up I fight I get refund for 90$ email says they know there is problem withprovider INPAY it's called. so withdraw another 250$ nailed for fees again. no refund they say it was good will gesture bs.they always denied fees then admitted there where fees . I sent sebastian 2 messages he said would look in to it have not seen him since last fri in here. at risk it always back and forth. but you allways get a new story. they are misleading and that is wrong . I want my fee refund. sorry to be winded. right is right.

Ermmm Friday was the last working day - here in UK anyway - its been a long weekend - Bank holiday Monday - Give Sebastion at least all of today to look at your query before you escalate . He's allowed a weekend too,
