Question for bank wire transfers (withdraws) from GUTS casino

Any rep from GUTS on forum?

My question is why i have deducted 25% on two withdraws via bank transfer 200+193 EUR, and i recived 151 + 144 EUR? My bank got 2 * 0.97 EUR for transactions, deducted from that 151 & 144 EUR they recived.

GUTS claim they made 200 + 193 EUR payment, my bank says they get 151 + 144 EUR transfers.

So did INPAY a/s (company that sends bank transfers for GUTS) gets 25% provisons on bank transfers or what?! (2*-49 EUR)

Also i cant get why GUTS did not offered me to withdraw through 2 deposit methods i used, VISA Debit and Neteller, only option was bank transfer withdraw.
KYC page still says: NO KYC needed.

I've just lost more than 2*49 EUR in the last three hours elsewhere.

Had the same issue with VS at the end the money was taken by their paying provider they are using,so its Guts who should pay those fees or at least state somewhere that it might charge you with huge fees.

As for withdraw to Visa not for us anymore (no matter how many deppsits you made)only bank transfer or Skrill.

edit as forget to mention at the end and after 2 months fighting VS has credited my VS account with 120€ the fees their provider took from me.

Skrill do not work last 4-5 months with us (country) for transfers from Skrill to bank, you can only put money in.
My Skrill account is from year 2007-2009, and worked fine whenever i wanted to get my money on Visa, Bank account,etc...until 4-5 months ago.
