First post here. Also feel like I am chasing Rizk for a first withdrawal from them. I have been playing on and off at Rizk for a few years (very infrequently) but had never requested a withdrawal, so of course was asked to verify. Coincidentally, I had completed a full verification including the SOW questionnaire at GUTS less than a month ago. It was approved within a few hours and my winnings were transferred immediately. In any case, my withdrawal request and corresponding docs (Passport, phone bill, bank statement, etc) were sent to Rizk Saturday morning. No response outside of "processing your documents" on my account page. Contacted through chat on Monday and the rep told me my account was indeed verified. Cancelled and reinitiated my withdrawal, thinking based what the rep said that maybe the delay was a system glitch. Heard nothing for 24 more hours (Tuesday). Emailed support and received a template response "We attempt to process all withdrawals as soon as possible but it may take up to 24 hours. In the rare eventuality that this time frame is exceeded, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will immediately look into it." Now as we head into Thursday (5 days/120 hours and two inquiries later), still no word about anything and docs still "processing". I was able to deposit, play, win and verify and withdrawal on SlotWolf in less than an hour on Saturday. I've since deposited there a few times since. Not much incentive to deposit at Rizk again after this. Have successfully verified at 15-20 online casinos over the years, so I'm fairly certain there are zero issues with my docs. 24-48 hours, no big deal, but waiting for days and feeling like I need to check in daily for updates seems super unnecessary. From what I read above, there is no Rizk rep here to reach out to?
