Absolutely shocked about this.
Happened literally round the corner from where I was living. So glad to be out of that area now. Of course, there are nutters everywhere, but there is a high concentration of nut jobs in Westcliff, which is the neighbouring district to Leigh on Sea. Both areas are like chalk and cheese but border each other.
