I’m glad that he still had some contact with the gambling world, knowing what a big part of his life it was… that he was able to confide in someone and would actually talk about how he was.
Some of us were close to him, chatting in pm, but he always had an arms length of privacy.
Sorry we weren’t here for you to lean on colS in your dark days x x x

I'll always remember Colin as someone who fought hard for player fairness, and was very knowledgeable and well respected on these forums. He seemed a really decent bloke. RIP.

There’s a day or two left before I place the order for Colin’s funeral flowers from his many friends at CM, so if anyone else wishes to make a small contribution to the pot then pm me before Friday evening.

Currently i have 13 people who have ‘chipped in’ to give a fantastic amount that is well over £150.

Absolutely gobsmacked to see this, one of the most helpful members on here, very knowledgeable in so many different areas and I always missed his in depth guide on the racing and the reasoning behind his bets.
He also helped many on here with his advice when they had issues, and was sharp enough to work out the ones that were trying it on with their compaints.

If you are in a position to stop and take a moment to remember our ColinS, the cremation is at 2:30pm tomorrow, Friday 1st (April fools day…. He would have liked that I think).
