Ridika casino - is there a rep here?

Deposited €27 at ridika. Took the 300% bonus.

Managed to get to €326, staying within the max bet. Confirmed with chat that wagering was complete.

Attemtped to withdraw. They requested documents which I supplied. They have declined the withdrawal due to "irregular play".....

Got a phone call with them tomorrow, but not looking good. Feel like I've been robbed.

I'm livid but will keep composed due to this forum's T&C's.

Any thoughts on where I stand? Frankly I find this disgusting.

Sorry.

But I doubt very much that you'll see any of that withdrawal.

They're 'licenced' in Curaçao. Which basically means, they don't have a legitimate casino license. They only have a trading licence, which isn't worth the paper it's written on anyway

Since you appear to be from the UK, I would ONLY play at UK Gambling Commission licensed casinos.

Thanks for reply.

Well hopefully I can help stop at least one more person lose money at that site. That will count for something I guess.

Just shows the difference really. I had a similar issue at lucks casino, and that was a £25 deposit turned into £2k. They said irregular play etc but said on that occasion they would process it anyway (I think I played a couple of higher stakes spins by accident). Good for them.

That's the difference Lucks Casino is licensed in Malta and the UK

It tends to be the rogue clip joints that are always willing to offer a big Deposit bonus.

No risk to them as they will pay FA if you win.

What a stupid name for a casino anyway. Ridika Sounds like Ridiculous casino

Stick to the accredited Casinos on Casinomeister and you will know 100% you will get paid, if you stick to the terms of the bonus

Aye will do. Lesson learnt, at least it wasn't 2k. Still shitty tho. :(

Play it by ear.

Won't be the person on the phones fault. Not sure I would want their job.

You go in all guns blazing, they will just cut you off.

Some of the crappy casinos do pay out eventually. Not often though.

I would never give support staff a hard time. I rarely give anyone a hard time!

This is the VIP manager that wants to talk to me. He's getting an earful if he refuses to pay...

Jeeze! Will people ever learn??? This is yet another ALPHA INTERACTIVE SCAM CASINO!!!

P.S. To the OP - charge any deposits back if you can; they were taken in breach of UKGC rules and are therefore invalid.

Haha is that dazza g? I love your vids! (except when you fart)

They said they are refunding my deposit, just keeping my winnings. They never mentioned the UKGC thing and they are claiming "irregular play"

I'll see what he's got to say tomorrow.

Tbh I found the site on a UK site and didn't look closely on ridika's main page....I'll be sure to look out for UK license in future.

Most of these sites that recommend casinos are scams themselves; they only care about signups and affiliate money. For example if I google ridika I find a finnish site aimed at me, where Ridika is praised to the heavens and has a 9.7 star rating (out of 10). But if you go to the site and find it's part of Alpha Interactive Solutions, and then google that name you'll find thepogg site where the following (and more) can be found:

games.

Would you really play at any casino if there were stuff like this written about them .. even if they had UK license. I know I wouldn't. Game Tech NV group is literal trash and if this group has any connections to it ... yeah just no. Game Tech NV creates what seems like one new casino on a monthly basis just to scam more money out of people. So whenever I see a new casino out there that offers 200-300% bonus I immediately scroll down to where I can see who owns the site .. and 9 times out of 10 it's Game Tech NV.

It's an unfortunate lesson learnt but in the future I'd recommend to research well what casino you're about to sign up on. There are plenty of casinos without an UK license that do pay out too. Research is key. If you don't want to research then I'd recommend to stick to your usual casinos and forget too-good-to-be-true welcome bonuses.

So they said I played €10 spins on a game called stampede.

I looked through my game history, and of multiple hundred spins @ €2 there was ONE spin of €10 which

a) I don't remember doing (possible fake spin put in by them?) and
b) was clearly accidental and
c) I didn't win anything on the spin!

I also played hundred if not thousands more spins on other games and not once go over €2....

So, technically they are covered, but it's incredibly morally wrong and very disappointing.

Im just glad it was €300 and not €3k, although that's not really the point.
