hi guys,

I looked up a new casino to play on tonight and found this one. Before I signed up I looked at the software they had and seen they had play n go, this is what I was looking for so I could play reactoonz and book of dead. So I signed up, deposited £60 and received a large welcome bonus. I read the t and cs and it could only be wagered on shit games so I tried to find the support section to cancel it and couldn’t. So I decided to withdraw
My £60 to cancel the bonus and then cancelled my withdrawal.

Then with my original £60 I set about trying to play book of dead, it turns out this game (and all other play n go and netent software) disappears when you’re actually logged in!

I want my £60 back, I’m not playing on their shit games as I feel like I’ve been tricked into signing up.

What do I do?

Ah, fair enough. I’ll be honest I was quite drunk and wanted to play on book of dead and signed up to the first site I came across that had it on. They shouldn’t be allowed to advertise games that aren’t actually playable. The bonus terms are awful aswell. I’d recommend everyone gives this casino a miss.

And that's what you'll get. The Alpha Interactive casinos are basically a huge confidence trick, if you're significantly down and make a w/d for a hundred or two that is nowhere near you total losses-to-date they'll pay you (slowly). If you make a similar deposit and win big, you'll be blagged. Once their reputation means no more players, they take the money they've fleeced to date and simply re-open the same casino with a new 'skin' and design and repeat the previous fraud....

I still cannot believe legitimate slot developers like PnG and Netent are supplying services knowing they're fraudsters.

No because luckily enough I know better and the group are infamous fraudsters. You can read about their sister s(h)ites on here in the rogue section, or on thePOGG's pages or Webczas's. But people without the knowledge of CM members are easily taken in by the filth though and you aren't the only one.
