Yes but that's got nothing to do with the fact that he seems to frequently VPN on an ongoing basis.
The basic issue is that the only POA the OP has provided is for a restricted country.
He claims to live in Armenia -- which is not restricted -- but (AFAIK) has not provided convincing POA address to verify this even after almost two months of this being an issue.

I did ask for higher resolution docs and he did provide them, but nothing further. Under any normal circumstance a player would have provided further documentation. That has not been the case here.

Whatever the case may be there is a time limit on these things and I think the OP has run out the clock. AFAIC this is case closed unless the casino contacts me to say that's not the case.

If you really don't want to trust to PAB service and think they have revenue share with casinos for complaints they judge against players, you have full right for that but don't expect all people here to buy that story as so many PAB:s in many years have been discussed here and many here actually believe and agree that these been handled good as possible.

I sent them my Armenian ID card which was perfectly fine but kept asking for something that doesn’t exist in that country besides the documents I provided them with that show my name and address on it as well

My temper is fine thanks. However I don't appreciate people who lie when I've been asked to help them. I suspect you have been doing exactly that. Perhaps it's my determination to get to the bottom of this that you are mistaking (intentionally?) for something else.

As to the question you say you keep asking I said a while ago that I would think about it. I have been. In the meantime I have been looking into some of the claims you've made to determine if you are telling the truth or not. If not, meaning you've been lying, then your question is of no interest to me.

So very simply go into your bank ask them to print you a statement on official headed bank paper with the address showing and get them to date stamp it also that SHOULD be absolutely fine

I had a PAB but max closed it cause I gave a update on the status of my word that I would donate 1,000 dollars to a charity and affected my PAB and right after PAB was closed got a email all of a sudden from mbit casino saying there not giving the money case closed

Also, given the amount of circumstantial evidence against you it's perfectly reasonable to be digging into this. Since you wanted to do this on the forums, we're doing it on the forums. If you didn't want that you should have kept it private and then my concerns would have been addressed to you personally instead of the forum at large.

As someone who has accused us of colluding with the casino to cheat you out of your money I would think you might be wise to not be so quick to accuse others of unfounded accusations. You can't have it both ways.
