Hi ,

I am new to forum, but considering how complaints are efficiently resolved i
feel encouraged to post mine.
Basically I made a withdrawal request at rich casino 2 months ago, but till today i have not yet received winnings!!! Other casinos take 24hrs-4 business days to process cashouts in my experience so this is just ridiculous.
I contacted finance dept several times but kept getting the same lame excuses from finance dept about "technical problems" for 2 months!!!
Reading my message maybe a mod.or admin can give me a hand on this matter, maybe they could contact a casino rep on forum would really appreciate it.
I am really getting worried and this great forum is indeed my last resort.

Wish you all a nice day and glad to become a member of forum!!

actually what you need to do is check out the pitch a bitch section you need to be pro-active yourself in the process. Contacting the casino rep here is your job. negative posts can hinder the PAB process.

Hi Rouletteguy,

Thanks for reply. I just saw that Rich casino is on Rogue list! Hence i cannot PAB.
How do i go about contacting casino rep? Is there one on site? I am new to site so will appreciate any advice on your part on how to proceed.

Thanks again and have a nice day.

smokake has it right. Rich is Rogue and no rep listed. Unfortunately with these guys posting isn't likely to help much either, but it's worth a shot.

Guess all you can do is sit tight smokake and wait and wait and wait. Maybe you can find out who their advertising affiliates are and reach a rep that way so far they have not said they are not paying it is just a question of when.

Thanks for advice . I guess i just have to wait this one out , hoping that eventually they will pay up. Hopefully other members reading these post will think twice before depositing there.
Thank sagain to everyone for the interest and suggestions will keep updated on situation.

As the old saying goes..."the squeaky wheel gets the grease". Be loud....be frequent....be nice. I would start a campaign of emailing them daily, live chatting them daily and calling them daily. Maybe you can bug them to death and they will rid themselves of your annoyance to them by paying you.

Such techniques have worked for other players in the past, especially when the sums were not large.

Also, I would "imply" but not promise that you would be depositing again after your withdrawal is processed, something along the lines of "Gee, I was so lucky last time I hope I get paid soon, otherwise I can't play again"

And if you get paid, run for the hills and never go back.

I Play a lot on Rich. I'm no highroller player (play up to $500) Sometimes win, sometime loose, I can't say now what is my final balance at all the time, but didn't had any problems with withdraw (max was $1000) even if the winnings are much higher than the deposit.

but that's the problem.

They are rogue for a reason. Just because you play there and supposedly never have had a withdraw issue, doesn't mean they should be defended. Maybe read about why they were considered a rogue first. That way you won't be helping casino's screw others. Sure maybe it was a licensing lie, but what next.

See, normally, it is the few that don't get screwed that the casino's are not only hoping will come to their rescue by defending them, but are counting on this. They are using you and the others who defend them and all for free. Since they are using you, maybe you should try to extort some cash out of them for the positive words that you give em.

BTW, I am not attacking you personally, just can not stand seeing the rogues getting deposits from the uninformed. This includes the casino's who mislead others into thinking they were licensed in a reputable location.
