hi all got a request from casino i have played at for nearly 10 years asking for bank statements,which i duly sent,carried on depositing and playing then they asked for other proof of income days later,now i dont like letting people my business to the extent of info they request.
now today thursday 28/05 20 deposited £200 and played and withdrew £350,then played my bonus of £75.00 which carries a playthrough of 200x so now the clever ones will know which group of casinos this is.then reversed it to play game i had lost the £75.00 on was down to £162,70 when i get account restricted whilst playing also got e-mail again asking for more details of income.went onto live chat and was told to email accounts dept and it would take 2 business days for response,asked if i could withdraw the balance in account and got same reply email accounts.went to banking and could not withdraw so do i wait till they reply till sometime next week or do a charge back (last resort and close account) is it legal for them to keep my deposit.
