Responsible gaming limits that don't work

Hi all,

You know we all set limits from time to time to keep it fun and don't get carried away.
I have been playing at a new MGA licensed casino were I set limits like deposit, wager limits and session ect.
I've noticed at this brand you can directly adjust your limits any time without a waiting period of 24 hours or 7 days just like a Curacao licensed casino.

''What''s the point I thought ?'' There's no player protection. Anyways technical department are investigating this hehe.
Otherwise I will warn you guys to maybe not to play there.

Isn't this illegal ?
What are your thought?

People never have these isssues at landbased casino's with RG-tools and withdrawal delay.
I need the tools to keep it regulated for myself.

So the Casino *snip* had a bug in their responsible gaming tools.
I set the wager limit to 5 euros weekly but the software wouldn't accept 4 euro bets.
I know there is a pending period for weekly limits of a week. In order to play the following week I increased the limit but it was instantly active.

That week I lost my balance and the bug got fixed few days after probably. Casino admits the software had a glitch but not feel any responsibility on their end.
I waited for 6 weeks for their answer about their investigation.
