Few casinos here let this guy use them for affiliation.

Just wondering if your ok him promoting children’s Pokemon cards and his new site on the back of advertising for your casinos guys?..

This to me is not only creepy AF, it’s down right wrong.

I guess the majority won’t say a word as long as they get sign ups, but this behaviour is sick, Christ people Pokemon is for kids...

Have the lines of right and wrong and morals been that badly blurred you don’t know anymore?..

I’ll not mention no names or casinos, but I’ll ask ALL casino reps here you happy to be promoted by someone whom advertises another channel (Pokemon for kid’s) whist spinning away at your casinos...

This really how low casinos and affiliation have sunk... guess so, rather be jobless than to be this low personally... wow

Time to end this filth. Gotta catch 'em all!

It's clearly designed to desensitize younger viewers into thinking gambling's fairly harmless, fun, and just an everyday thing to do.

As said streamer/ affiliate can't legally get these kids to gamble, but at least have them in the right frame of mind to do so when older, as I assume the demographic would be borderline ages, maybe 15-17?

And also let it be noted that no fully-grown man should be into Pokemon, let's just get that one out of the way!

I could mention a really well thought of and decent brand whom is accredited here, I won’t as I’ll give them right to reply..

Sorry, yes I hate streamers and think they are scum...

But this is a whole new level, it’s beyond wrong and not really in the realms of defence.

I’m well aware we all choose to gamble, but do we all get free footy stickers from 32 red for example on our next deposit? Maybe a free bar of chocolate at at videoslots (more then one poor member got)

Get a grip, Christ! Pokemon channel promotion whilst spinning a fucking slot!!!! Let’s hear the affy manager, we have one hear...
Let’s see the defence for this, there will be one I assure you....

Pokemon cards are so old school, you honestly think kids trade cards these days?.

It's all gone hi-tech and the kids (now adults) that used to trade cards are now walking around graveyards with their phones trying to catch the latest Gooley.

Unless you provide more info, i can't see any reps/Casinos replying.

I also have no idea who you are on about

What info are you wanting. A steamer live on stream is promoting a Separate Pokemon channel, he’s a video out about it.

All on his gambling channel, any grown man promoting a kids product whist on a gambling stream promoting a casino and affiliated to one on here I’d find a lot more offensive and dangerous than me for example saying ‘sink them’

It’s a disgrace.

Totally agree, and I know exactly the streamer you are referring to.

Pokemon is not a kids product anymore, some cards are worth a bit of money, hence collectors trade them and the newish Pokemon go is predominantly played by adults.

Not sure why you are so up in arms about this?.

If it was a Pokemon channel promoting gambling, then fair enough, But it's a gambling channel advertising a separate channel.

I would have to see the video, but on the face of it, it sounds like it could fall foul of a couple of sections of the CAP code. I reserve the right to change my mind after seeing it :)

Gotta say, pokemon card trading isn't just for kids, it's a huge multi million pound industry that's been going on for years. I Do it and I'm 42 years old. Those very rare cards pack a punch when it come to buying and selling, all along the same lines as DC or Marvel comics, rarer they are the more they are worth. Maybe you should put you anger towards to streamers who play a game called Rust who send there watcher to sites like rustypotdotcom where its gambling without warning or plus 18 signs? Theres more out there than just casino streamers.

Thats why I would like to see the stream before making a judgement :), I think context would matter a lot, but pokemon is aimed at kids (too) and it would be a fine line if it breached anything. Certainly, if the pokemon channel linked to the gambling one in any way (link,. mention on stream, that type of thing) it would be in breach of the rules. If pokemon isn't mentioned in the gambling video title and its just something like 'hey, I collect pokemon cards, anyone want to swap some, have a look at my other channel' then it would probably be ok.

If its chip he is talking about all he does is show his card collection and offers to buy cards from his watchers. Also gives good advice on what to buy and what they are worth.

Who'd have thought that Gaz was well into his Pokemon: i thought it was all Lamb Chops and Ale :p

Not into it LOL.

Only really know about Pokemon go, as walking home from the pub in our village, have often bumped into people racing around with their phones pointing in all directions trying to catch stuff.

Be good if Ben could post a link to the stream, so we could have some context.

Edit--I guess this is the stream. From 2 mins in.

If anyone wants to know, the admins on the Steam group for Rustypot dot com appear to have been Minecraft fans previously. They seem to be long time friends because they're both linked to the same Minecraft server that was written about first in 2014 from what I can tell, and which is now defunct. One of the admins of the Steam group previously ran a gambling website called CSGOBlue dot net in 2016.

I don't know if the person who registered a website that's now ran by the same people behind Rustypot dot com are related to them or not, but that person is also a gamer and lives in New Zealand. The website started redirecting people to Rustypot dot com in August 2018 at least and the website was registered on 18 October 2017. In 9 June 2018 they said that they were partnering with Rustypot dot com in a Steam post, so I'm guessing there was a transfer of ownership after that.

I don't see anything wrong mentioning another channel from the gambling stream, however if it was the other way around that he marketed his gambling channel from the pokemon stream that would be different
