at first sorry for my bad english, my native language is german.
I am registered on stargames since 12/2014, before i get problems i instandly send them my personal documents (passport, mobile bill) to verfify my identity. They accepted it and all was fine.
I did about 2,5 k € Deposit in the whole time with PayPal and PSC.
I played Live-Casino games, cause i trust them more like a virtual system behind.
Payouts i did:
1. 250 €
2. 300 €
3. 859 €
4. 750 €
My actually amount on stargames is ~500 €
Since 01.March.2015 my account is blocked i get a message like this when i try to login.
I called the support from stargames on this sunday, they couldnt tell me the reason cause it is an autoban from system but i should wait 1-2 days then i will get a response.
Nothing happend, i called them again and wrote an e-mail cause i want to have my account back and i want to know the reason why they blocked my account.
I got a standard mail back with the content:
Thank you for your call, we cant tell you an exactly period for the check.
We will contact you as soon as possible if the announced check is done.
Thank you for your understanding.

The support told me i should wait about 2-4 days again then the check will be done.
At 09.March. i wrote again a mail to them.
I got a response back with the content like this:
Thank you for your mail.
Your account has been blocked during security reasons. The check could be go a longer time, we need to bet you about a bit more patience.
If you have further questions, contact us again.
Best regards
Support-Team
Now it is day 13 and i got no reason why the account is still blocked.
I really hope casinomeister can help me, if you need more informations just tell me and i will post it.
