Hello all!

Last month I had 2 withdrawals from Royal Vegas. They have been mailed through standard U.S. mail I am assured from Royal Vegas staff.

It is going on a month now that the first check was mailed out. The reps I talk to and email are very friendly and helpful when stating that the checks have been mailed and that I just have to be patient...

My question is: has anyone dealt with mail withdrawals from this casino, and if yes how long did it take for you to receive your payments?

Thank you for your feedback~!:)

wtf

that's my feedback

~!:) chill. We are all sick of it. If you can't throw the dice, don't play... it takes some time, and if players keep questioning the process we will all ................................

I requested a check from them one time and it took a month and a half. Now I only use ewallets, which take a couple days.

More than 4 years ago, I requested a check from this group. When it didnt arrive after about 3 weeks (I live in Hong Kong), I phoned them and they orginally told me the check was sent then said there were problems with the accounting dept. When I then requested a payment thru neteller, they gave me the runaround for at least another month. The sum was for only $600 but it was pretty obvious they wanted to have this dragged on for as long as possible. Heck, I even had to speak with the same customer rep for on nearly a dozen occasions and each time he gave me a different version of events.

I was just asking a question. Why even bother flaming me? WTF indeed.

Yeah, I was told that in the US they can only send checks. It's good you finally got it, though. Hopefully mine will make it someday...

I am a jerk sometimes. If you consider it a flame please report it, otherwise please don't accuse me of 'flaming'.

I hope your issue is resolved. On a personal note I assumed by your date of registration here that you knew "what was up" for us players. I empathized about how sick we all are of it, and said WTF!!!

wtf?

I hope your issue is sorted or settled soon.

I have never requested a check from the FL Group
I always have them put it either in my
Click2pay or Quicktender account
an when I was able to have them
Eco an neteller

they was always fast withen 2 days
an i always asked for it to be flushed
I never reverse a withdraw
to me that is a sign to the casino
that u r desperate to gamble lol
that is just my way of thinkin

Good Luck an hope you get it soon

On the same, but another note; FL seems to work diligently to provide the best possible options to their customers. The processes change more often than others, I've noticed, but they can also be seen as a bellweather. They are as good or better than many Microgaming casinos in my experience for the 'informed' us gamer.

Of course all casinos should put a big page up that says, '"we'll take your money if you can get it to us, but it's up too you to figure out how we're going to get it back to you'

Barring that, it is incumbant upon the US player to know what's up, have the hootzpah to speak to a person of import before depositing, and to have patience as good businesses work their asses off to serve a clientel that might be better off left behind.

This has nothing to do with OP unless the shoe fits, I'm just saying.

Well, I do have an idea of what to expect, being in the U.S. I posted for people's experiences with this casino in particular. I have cashed out and received checks from other casinos within a couple of weeks. Just wanted personal experiences from others.

That said...thank you for empathizing.

well said lojo

deposit with caution is my motto but
I personally have never had a problem with FL
before or after the USA Law

Yeah well... IMHO..they take my money, then I'm good clientele. I was assured upon my first deposits that IF I was to win, they would send me a check within 21 business days.

This may still be the case. Again...just getting a feel for any other posters experiences. Other casinos have gotten me my checks withing 2 weeks. This one...no. I will be patient and hope for the best.

If you send a personal message to https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/ I'm sure can help you out. It may take a few days, he still takes care of us, but doesn't check in daily any longer. You can save time by giving him your log in and details in the initial message.

Hope it goes smoothly for you, and again, sorry for being such a jerk the other day, I'm fed up with the $in/out thing too and shouldn't have been a jerk to you.

I would suggest a check cashing place
my bank refused a $14 ck but accepted the cash
when I withdrew from Ewallet an Quicktender

if the bank rejects it their stamp is on it
that shows I tried to deposit it an they wrote
International on it so I did not try to cash it any where

I have cashed others at Grocery store's tho

Good Luck glad you recieved it

Hello all!

I did end up receiving my payouts, and have cashed in a couple of others since then. Am currently waiting on a couple of checks that I requested at the beginning of December....

Hope everyone is having lots of luck!
