Hi!

At the end of June I registered at AlwaysVegas, took a couple of bonuses, played slots only, submitted a withdrawal, was offered a reversal bonus and even free $5.Next day I logged in to flush my WD.Next day my account was LOCKED.

My MB deposits went to familiar [email protected] . I deposited there million times and received a number of cashouts fom there.I contacted the rep via chat on Pantasia casino website. They have access to my emails to AV and such. All I get these days: "Your account is still being reviewed"

My emails are ignored. If someone could give me a hint whom I might contact about this that would be much appreciated.

The same thing happened to me from always vegas.they locked my account after i won.A week later i got an email from them saying that my withdrawl was denied and i can only cashout my original deposit.I hope somebody does something about this casino.

In this forum there is a wonderful place listing casino reps you may possibly contact but please don't ask me where since I will just have to look for it too. good luck with all that though. sounds pretty stinky. :)

Found it! Up above in menu bar click on " I-gaming & Forum Reps

Hi Gambblex,

This list of reps is here https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/?key=staff_members

JSM_Jason seems to be Pantasia's contact and they have been online today so maybe shoot them a pm. I'm unsure if he can help with AlwaysVegas problems but does not hurt to ask.

Goodluck i hope you get this sorted.. its never a good look when accounts are locked and no one wants to help.

cheers

Matt

I have sent a message to the Always Vegas rep, pointing them to this thread.
I will let you know if/when I get any response.

Hi!
Thanks everyone! Actually,I already did some research in Igaming reps section trying to find somebody who could give answers on Rival related questions, with not much success though.

Special thx to KK! Wold be nice to hear some good news in at least one of AlwaysVegas threads.

Btw I got a withdrawal confirmation email but wasn't even asked for docs.

Ok,let's see.

Hey everyone, just to clarify, I represent Paradise 8 and Cocoa Casino (2 of the original 4 Rival casinos) only. I don't have anything to do with Pantasia or AlwaysVegas. I believe the affiliate manager for Pantasia is James Nolan, you can contact him at: [email protected], I'm not sure about AlwaysVegas though, sorry.

If anyone has any questions or concerns regarding our two properties though I'd be more than happy to speak with you.

My email addy is [email protected]

Jason

gamblblex have you heard anything else about your withdrawl?
I didn't get a reply to the e-mail I sent the rep on July-7th... :(
I just sent him a reminder...

Nah.Just noticed the casino client installed 7 new updates.
That's normal. Rival casinos do this quite frequently (as to casinos on other softwares).

To both of you; I think you should get ready to Pitch-A-Bitch.
Please make sure you read the FAQs first!

Hey Jason,

indeed i have some questions about both casinos in regarding my own player account and will send you a e-mail.

Ok. "Your account is being reviewed". Is this sufficient reason for PAB or complaint?

I'm still expecting the casino will pay my winnings or the casino will request my docs and then will pay my winnings.

My only intention was to find more ways to contact AlwaysVegas or Rival representative.

I havn't PAB yet KK but it seems like its our only hope at this point.I was just waiting around to see if you or gambblex got anymore responses.

The e-mail I had from Sam - the affiliate rep - was totally unambiguous; You have both been flagged as "fraudulent players" and will get your deposits back & nothing more.
Due to confidentiality I can not post it here on the forum or send you a copy, but if you decide to PAB I can send a copy to MaxD which may help with your cases.
Like I said before, a PAB is your last chance to get your winnings IMHO.
Only you can chose to proceed or not, but I'm afraid I can not help you any further.

So KK with all the bs going on and on with this group, are you just going to take the rep's word for it so in your mind the case is closed? Correct me if I misunderstood. thank you
Not sure I understand what you're getting at...

The guy I'm talking to is representing the casino.
He has clearly stated that the casino's position is "case closed".
What more can I do?

NB; As far as I know these players didn't even sign-up to this casino via my website - I've just been trying to help them in what I see as a very unjust situation.

"flagged" does not necessarily mean guilty though. It seems the casino are NOT actually reviewing anything. Both players are forum members of a few years standing, and fraud is NOT the same as "advantage play".

"advantage players" should get paid, and then banned. FRAUDSTERS should only get their deposits back, but the proof must be "beyond reasonable doubt".

I believe gambblex to be an "advantage player", pushing the rules to their limits, BUT so long as he didn't actually BREAK them, the casino should pay up & then ban him.

YOU are an "advantage player" too, looking for +EV opportunities from the many monthly bonuses on offer. I bet you would be mad if a casino decided not to pay because they called your playing style "fraud".

Given that the casino has taken this stance, it is certainly time to move to a PAB, which would mean no further discussion from both players until the PAB has been completed.

MOST fraudsters have tended to be recent forum sign-ups, and have launched straight away into making a complaint about a particular casino.

Gambblex has had problems before, but seems to have been the victim of error (on both sides), rather than a fraud.

Not fighting with you most certainly KK  I think it's cool that you're there to help and do help. I posed my question wrong and if I can figure the right way, I'll shoot it back at you. thanks :)

Um,I won't incist on the latter lol. I came up with another idea: well, some people send docs upfront even before depositing. At the next new Rival casino may be also useful to email the casino asking if the bonuses you see in the promo window are issued by mistake.

Well ,such approach is maybe flawed because you may never get a reply.

That is still a good idea, it gives them less room to wriggle out of paying by saying "fraud" if they have already approved your documents.

I think a few casinos are hiding behind this "fraud" thing in order to confiscate winnings from players who are NOT actually fraudulent, but have been skilled in the art of extracting value from the various bonuses on offer. If they want to confiscate the winnings, they can just say there is a problem with the document verification, rather than suffer the bad PR of reneging on a bet when the terms and conditions were not broken.

You will be flagged at ALL Rival casinos though, not just this one. Most likely, accounts will be locked as soon as they are created (assuming you use your correct details).

One could think that they use iesnare or something similar to "detect" the user. If you block it you could probably claim promotions at first even if you "shouldnt" be eligible.

Surely they would check the user details provided when creating the account. If these are falsified, then the player has committed fraud in any case. Other detection methods are only there to provide supporting data.

iesnare does it immediately no need to check anything. Thats why you are sometimes locked out upon creating an account at a casino in the same group that may have bonusbanned you (one possible reason). That could explain why some independent Rivals are "affected". Purely speculating.

How reliable is iesnare though, can it make mistakes and punish the innocent?

The short answer is that I finally received my money.

Nobody notified me but I just tried to log in last week and found the whole balance intact. No communications with casino. No docs needed. No flush, withdrawal limits definitely far from huge.

The chat rep told me that my account was unlocked Jul 16th so I could start cashing out a week earlier.

So your issue has been resolved now, yes?

First they say you are a PROVEN fraud, and you will only get back your deposit, and then later they pay you:confused:

What is going on here, clearly they got it wrong - how about an apology & some kind of explanation.

This is yet another in a long list of Rival screw-ups.

If they want me to have enough trust to try Rival for the first time, things need to improve considerably. I almost DID try Rival when a couple of them became accredited, but then the problems began.

I am glad that you recieved your money gambblex.I dont think they will do anything else with my account since they already refunded my deposit.I just hope that enough people read our threads and will not deposit there.I really do think that AlwaysVegas should be in the not recomended list or the rogue pit.
