[Resolved] Proplem with Slots of Vegas payments

Casinomeister hosts the official Rogue Casino site - coining the phrase in the year 2000
Taking well over 20 Business days to get payment

Hello all,

I am currently having problem with payment from Slots of Vegas.

I have two withdraws that I can not get the payment for and have gotten the run around. I have been told now twice that one of the payment has been sent to the processor but when i ask for the sending detail am told to wait till tuesday. So far it has been 20 Busines day since my approval on Jan 02 ..Help

Rogued. :(

Slots of Vegas, and the whole of the virtual casino group is rogued. :( You may be SOL when it comes to getting your money from these folks.

Sorry for the bad news. :(

Pretty much the biggest rogue operator out there. But they do pay some people, especially if your wins are not large. Keep after them, keep your cool, be polite, DO NOT REVERSE, and give them some song and dance how you are waiting for you payment so you can play again. (But don't, of course).

One player got paid after 3 years of pestering them, that's probably an endurance record for any claims I've read here.

Some never get paid, especially big winners.

Always check the rogue list here before playing anywhere. There's always a substantial reason why they end up there.

If your cashout does not exceed $1k they might pay you after the money sits in the cashier for 30 business days. The fact that you are from USA makes matters worse as they will cite 'processor problems'.

If you keep on them you might get paid. Contact them everyday until all money is received. This is one of the worst groups to play with.

After 22 Bus days i finally go my payment, No appologies though

Apologies? Count yourself lucky you were paid. Others never got paid or were paid after months if not years. They must think they can squeeze more from you in future so they paid you promptly. Never go back and if you like rtg software play at the accredited casinos only. No one will sympathise with you if you return to SOV(SOB) and get ripped off by them.

Firstly, using ALL CAPS is considered rude.

Secondly, this is the second time in 12 months you've had problems because you played at a rogue casino (other was silver oak March 2011).

You've been around long enough to know better on both counts.

Consider yourself VERY lucky this time. If you're going to ignore the rogue list, why bother coming here? Seems most of your activity is cross posting and complaints about non payment from rogues.....maybe if you actually read the forums , you wouldn't have these issues.

I just can't understand why anyone would use these jokers when there's so many good operators around. I just can't.

THIS is why Virtual stays in business. They send out these "too good to be true bonuses" to players (which are mostly free chips), the players use them, win and then the casino either a) refuses to pay or b) takes months (or sometimes YEARS) to pay. But these players will continue to go BACK because GEE I GOT PAID!

Then when they win a RJ or a really large amount they come here crying about not getting paid. And expect the forum members will have some sort of sympathy for them. Now if it's a newbie, sure, but not a player who should know better...

If RTG were a credible casino provider they would not let operations like this tarnish their brand. It seems like anyone and their dog can own one of these casinos.

Sadly, RTG has always been like that. As long as we had enough money up front, you and I could open TakinAllYourMoney Casino. I don't think players should have to leave it up to software providers to regulate the casinos. Should software providers exercise due diligence and yank licenses from the crap casinos? You bet! Will they? Haven't done it yet.

I've been wondering... Why are these insanely rogue outfits still allowed to operate in places like the UK, etc., where gambling is legal and someone should be looking after players? They should at least be hit with fines, sanctions, etc. -- you know, like real businesses, in a real industry. If regulation were anything but fairy dust, the rogues would only be left with places like the USA to peddle their filthy casinos.

(Sorry... I only seem to be able to snap, snarl, and rant lately.)

Keep making the same mistake

Ok, All and thank you for the comments I know this casino is labled as a rouge but they are a saturating me with Advertizment and free bonuses. Why doesnt the ligit casinos follow suite and provide a better bonus incentive for players. I love 3dice but never win a cent there. and i Love Club World Casino and there at lease i win money. The problem is I am a sucker for Free Bonuses and I reall appriciate this site

Should I really answer you? The answer is simple. Every company has costs and overheads to meet. For casinos, they have to pay legitimate winnings and if the legit ones follow the example of Virtual they either turn rogue by not paying out winnings or they simply go out of business. Remember there aint anything as a free lunch in the modern world. Where does the free money come from? Ask yourself this question first. Just remember the rogues are unlikely to pay you anything especially if they know you are a sucker for free bonuses as you claim to be. If they think they can squeeze blood from you they might pay you once or twice for small amounts. Once they know the truth you might as well play in free mode.

It took me a long time but it finally happed got my money

I have learned mmy lesson and will not return to Slots of Vegas but i have to say they finally sent my my money.
