Anyone here that is playing at PlumGaming or played there lately and is waiting for their winnings?

I've been waiting for my winnings for almost 3 weeks now ( from 12th/March) ... and I'm seriously doubting if I'll ever see them, considering that most gambling websites state that their payouts are v. fast (1-3 days for moneybookers). Which leads me into thinking that they've stopped paying their players altogether. It's all a bit dodgy, for 10 days I haven't even recieved a request to hand over my documents, so decided to drop an email and documents myself to : info@plumgaming.com
A reply from CSA explained that it's due to 'Technical error' ... so i decided to wait a little bit more. But since nothing was happening, I decided to send another email asking if I'm correct that i should get 230 euro to my account? (Which is a random amount) and asking for my game logs, and so far i didn't get any reply on that.

Well it's just a guess but they've also changed their t&c for sign up bonus twice lately so i guess they're struggling financially. Also my bonus was made void after 7 days anyway (their standard t&c...) so no bonus issues whatsoever. I requested winnings risked with my own money only.
 
They claim to be licensed under the Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LGA) of Malta, license no. LGA/CL1/309/2006, so you could try them and their Complaints process Link Removed ( Old/Invalid) .

In the meantime I'll send them (the casino) a "heads-up" on this thread.
 
Glad to hear they got it sorted out so quickly. I'll send them a nice 'thank you' note for that.

Plum has an interesting management - three lawyers from Manchester in the UK.

Richard Hartley is the md, Michael Cohen the CEO and Michael Murphy the marketing director.

You would think that this sort of professional background, allied to a Malta licence and NetEnt-Entraction software would obviate payout delays.

Please file a Pitch a Bitch if you'd like your specific issue addressed. Plum Gaming has been very responsive to complaints filed and handled this way.
