I assume you have sent a Private Message to the PlayOjo rep here on the forums, yes? (fyi they are @EGO ) It's the weekend so you'll want to wait until Monday morning. During the work week they are quite quick to respond, usually within a few hours. The PlayOjo rep is very dedicated so most issues are resolved within 24 hours, at most.
