I asked for a withdrawal more than a week ago. My first time to withdraw from them.
I understand the need for faxing documents but this is taking a long time.

They have refused to accept my faxed documents, presumably because they are not clear enough or they are even blank documents.(huh?) I faxed from 3 different fax machines in 3 different locations.
They suggested I scan the documents then send them in an email. I went to Sears and bought a 50 dollar scanner/printer combo and was able to send the required copy of drivers license and credit cards which they accepted, however the scanner is not large enough to scan a utility bill :(
I then faxed a utility bill 4 times and a real estate tax bill once, all of which were not good enough to accept by Fortune Lounge. Finally today I drove to the UPS Store and they were able to scan the utility bill and email it to me...which I in turn e-mailed to Fortune Lounge's Credit@casinodesk.com.
Livehelp at Fortune Lounge has informed me the email has not reached them yet....so still waiting.

Hopefully we are nearing the end of the red tape and getting much closer to being paid $738.71.

I totally understand what you've been going through, it's a shame. I've read many online casino document complaints just in the past couple weeks with other casino groups and players. Even though this has been going on forever it seems to continue with little or no resistance from players. Players don't like the document abuse but they put up with it because they worry more about getting their money it seems and put up with the BS.

I understand that but that's why I'm more for pre-verification but I understand it's your choice and your money. I had some extra time tonight, due to the upcoming Holiday weekend to view some other links here at this site and I noticed nothing when looking at the standards for accredited casinos about player verification standards.

There should be a standard put in place for online casinos concerning documents, what's the reasonable document requirements and acceptable ways to share the documents with the online casino. Please note suggestion only. I hope they approve your documents and payment is made, congrats on the $700.+ win. Happy 4th.!

Check the size of attached file. They will not get your email if it is over 1 MB (1024 KB). If so, try to open your pic of utility bill in Paint and save it as JPG. Even if it was already in JPG format, it will compress it furthermore. Check the size of the new file and if it is below 1 MB send it again.

Document accepted

The day after I e-mailed my utility bill in they accepted and informed me my withdraw has been processed via ach. Looks like all is well niw that documents approved.

I can't believe casinos still call it a "faxback" form, when they know damn well 9 times out of 10 they're going to reject it because they can't make it out. This is a given, and it gives a false impression to players that this is the preferred method of transferring your documents to them.

And if you're new to the system, of course you're going to fall for this trap.

And yes, I can believe it, for some casinos, because they want to keep ahold of your money as long as possible so that they don't have to part with it.

imo, the "faxback form" should be relabeled to something else more appropriate, seeing as how all casinos accept scanned documents. I've never ran across one (in a long time) that told me I had to fax them in.

I've done everything but drive them there in the past with similar problems stated above. And my UPS place couldn't get a 'good' copy of my card to them either but my neighbor finally did. I hope not to do it anymore since everything I had scanned is expired or too old and I'll have to start over. LOL

Maybe it's going to get rougher before smoother for us americans thanks to that devil bill. sigh...
WTG on pushing the cash out button richtree7.

Cashout received

Am happy to say that once the paperwork was complete, it only took a few days for Fortune Room to process the transaction. Thank you Fortune Room.
