Hi. I need some help / advice to expedite a withdrawal request at Crown Vegas. This is my 2nd withdrawal from Crown Vegas. The first took 3 weeks and 4 tries faxing all the required documents back. This time I won enough to use the wire transfer method. The withdrawal has been "approved" and I've been told that it "will be sent to your bank in the next 24 hours" for about 6 weeks now. The next e-mail I always get says they are experiencing technical difficulties. At this point, they aren't even replying to e-mails (for 5 days now) and the live help chat isn't working, and their phone lines aren't working either! I've also sent a PM to their Casinomeister representative, but no reply on that either.
What can I do???
