[RESOLVED] Crown Vegas Payout trouble - need help!

Hi. I need some help / advice to expedite a withdrawal request at Crown Vegas. This is my 2nd withdrawal from Crown Vegas. The first took 3 weeks and 4 tries faxing all the required documents back. This time I won enough to use the wire transfer method. The withdrawal has been "approved" and I've been told that it "will be sent to your bank in the next 24 hours" for about 6 weeks now. The next e-mail I always get says they are experiencing technical difficulties. At this point, they aren't even replying to e-mails (for 5 days now) and the live help chat isn't working, and their phone lines aren't working either! I've also sent a PM to their Casinomeister representative, but no reply on that either.

What can I do???
 
I'd suggest you Pitch a Bitch Link Outdated / Removed.

Once I've got your details and particulars I can proceed to contact the casino and ask that some attention be given to your situation.

I should add that the rep seems to be available and responsive to player issues so there's good reason to be optimistic here.
 
I feel your pain

I am also awaiting a payout from Crown Vegas. Mine is still listing as pending and I've been unable to get through to anyone for the past week.

I've tried everything I know and would appreciate any advice from anyone.:what::confused:
 
FYI, your PAB complaints have been submitted to the casino. At this point there are three outstanding PABs against them.
 
Still no concrete information

They've finally approved my withdrawal, but still no information as to when the monies will be paid.

Thanks to Maxd they responded initially, but nothing since and no real answers.

All I want is the truth. What is really going on at Crown Vegas? Are they bankrupt? Are they going out of business? Are they ever going to pay?
 
Crown Vegas "approved" my withdrawal on the 29th of December, 20 days after I requested it. To date, I still do not have my money and am not getting much feedback at all. "We are looking into it" is the best I've gotten. 7 1/2 weeks and counting!
 
The latest update from Crown Vegas. Their support team replied to one of my many e-mailed inquiries and said:

Greetings from Crown Vegas


We do apologize from the inconvinence caused.
I understand your frustration and the run around
that you have been given. I can assure you that
you receive your winnings in the next 10 days.
We thank you from your patience and understanding.

This was sent on Jan. 24th. I have not heard another word (despite continued attempts to contact them).
 
I can't even get a response from CV

They do not even respond to my e-mails. I am as frustrated as it gets. Don't seem to be getting anywhere with this one.
 
They reply sporatically, but, after getting the message I previously posted, I got this one today:

Please note, we are currently experiencing delays
with regards to withdrawals. You will be notified via
email once your check has been shipped.

BACK TO SQUARE ONE?!?!?!?!?!?
 
Doesn't Look Good

This is what the web site now says and I emailed the service folks, but of course no response. I guess it doesn't look good for us getting anything from them.

Crown Vegas was one of the worst spammers. Its demise won't be missed, but unfortunately, the e-mail list will have been sold on to some other lowlifes.
 
I wrote to them about 10 days ago using the address service@crownvegas.com. I started getting reponses. I was assigned a contact person who investigated my withdrawal and then promised my wire transfer would be received by Wednesday of this week. As of 10 minutes ago - I GOT IT!!!!!

If you haven't tried writing to the service address, try that. I don't think anyone responses to the support@ e-mail addy any more.
