Hi there. Long-time reader, very rare poster.

Did anyone else get this email from Casino Club (pasted below)? I played last week hoping to be offered a bonus this week but one wasn't offered. I've lost several thousand on their slots recently and feel like I've "earned" this bonus.

I deposited thsi week but didn't receive the bonus. I've sent several emails to support and two to the Rep here over the past 6 days. I received one reply from support, which stated only: "This week is week 2 in the Bonus program and its other conditions. You have received an email with all the info." That reply didn't address my concern.

I understand it's a holiday weekend and I don't expect much to happen in the near future but the many unanswered emails over the past week does seem unprofessional.

Anyone else here have any issues with this particular bonus offer or with Casino Club? Thanks in advance.

CASINO-CLUB is now kicking off our new five-week VIP Programme. And you, as a member of the VIP Club, are in the middle of the action! The first round starts today, Monday, March 10.

Depending on the amount you play between today and Sunday, CASINO-CLUB will credit your gaming account with a bonus next Monday, March 17, that will be available to you next week. You can receive a bonus up to 1,000 euros - so shake off your winter sluggishness and become active today! The more you play this week the better off you will be for your bonus next week.

The amount of the bonus depends on the amounts you deposit and wager from Monday, March 10, through Sunday, March 16, according to the following scheme:

Deposit Wagering amount Bonus
Level 1 500 euros 10,000 euros 50% up to 250 euros*
Level 2 1,000 euros 20,000 euros 50% up to 500 euros*
Level 3 2,000 euros 40,000 euros 100% up to 1,000 euros*

Hi nope, but i did get 20 free spins today on a slot on a scratch card and i am not a depositer. Dont help i know but did you get a scratch card too?

Casino-Club are a reputable bunch, however their promotions are a litlle unfair. I have had it happen more then once to me, that they send me an email offering abonus, and when I deposit and get no bonus, I have contacted them their response was something to the effect "this bonus is not open to UK players, sorry" when I queried it they just responded it was an email error, so that may be the case here. I cant remember if they did credit it in the end, I am almost sure they didnt, but I dont have the email logs I sent to them anymore

I realize that you've already PM'd the rep, but I'll do the same and ask them to have a look here.

I just wanted to add that within two days after you alerted the rep here, Maxd the promised bonus was added to my account.

So I wanted to say thanks for doing so. And thanks to this forum for giving me the opportunity to express my concerns.

CasinoClub came through and this issue is resolved.

Does the rep ever reply to PMs? I sent him one today and another one yesterday. He has logged into the forum several times but hasnt even sent me an acknowledgment.

If you're talking about CCManager my guess is you're not going to hear much. My understanding is that he's stepped down and I don't think anyone has come forward to take over the rep duties.

If he's stepped down, but still logging into that casino's rep's account, then wouldn't he be reading now-privileged information that they shouldn't?

ie: Once a casino rep steps down, shouldn't their account be temporarily disabled as well, at least until another rep comes forward to take on the new duties?

At least that way the players aren't left in the dark wondering why the rep is still logging on but ignoring them...

I don't see CCManager on the Rep list any longer so I think the confusion should be minimal.

I would also think that continued access to the CCManager account would be at the discretion of the new casino management and not specifically something we at Casinomeister should concern ourselves with.
