HI EVERYONE i HOPE YO'LL ARE HAVING A GREAT CHRISTMAS SEASON. I just had to come here to voice my disaaproval with this casino again. First of all I have requested a withdrawal a few days ago to my neteller account. After 48 hours have passed and I did not recieve my withdrawal I emailed support and I just receieved an email stating that my withdrwal was processed and sent to me by check??? I emailed them back asking why?? I mean I have only deposited at this casino by neteller and moneybookers and I requested my withdrawal by neteller and now they are telling me I would recieve it by cheque?? what the *&%k? I have never heard more bs than this. I emailed them back telling them I do not want any cheques, firstly it will probably take like a month to get to me, and secondly the banks in my country hold funds on international cheques for 6 weeks, so I am sure everyone can understand my predicament. I mean why is it that these casinos always feel they can treat customers like this?? is it because I only gamble once a week?? or is that they just don't care? I am very disturbed about this I have sent an email to the jackpotfactory Representative on here, still awaiting a response from him, but I just though I would let my fellow gamblers on here know my story, thanks again and I hope you'll have a great christmas and a Happy New year!!!

I'll let the rep know that you've posted this. I see they were on today so perhaps we'll hear back soon.

This seems odd. If deposits were made by Neteller, there is no reason not to pay withdrawals back that way.
The terms for Jackpot Factory specify cheques are sent if the original deposit mechanism cannot receive the withdrawal, such as with some credit cards or prepaid cards.

Casinos seem oblivious to the fact that cheques are increasingly becoming redundant as a means of payment, and different countries have different rules about their encashment. They are also at risk of being stolen in transit unless sent by courier and signed for. The whole point of electronic transactions is to avoid this risky paper chase.
At least here in the UK I can still deposit cheques in the bank provided they are drawn on a UK account in pounds.
If casinos cannot pay back to the deposit mechanism, especially when it is one that can accept repayments, the player MUST be told beforehand.
According to the withdrawal priority list on the Jackpot Factory banking page, and for a non-VIP player. A withdrawal resulting from deposits from both Moneybookers and Neteller should be returned to Moneybookers. A cheque is the last thing in the list of priorities.
No wonder this player is peeved.

Hmmm, no reply to date, though I see they were on the boards as recently as today.

I'll try again. If that doesn't work then we'll start thinking about stronger measures.

This is very odd for AllJackpots not to reply.
I always get a fast reply and they are very understanding when you need help.
I will have to keep an eye out on this one.
Good Luck to ya
I will have to send them a note on this one.

AllJackpots and the other casinos in this group used to be really good about a quick response or to at least follow the players instructions on how they wanted to receive their money.

Its amazing to me that some of these outfits still do not get it...Customer Service...that is efficient. :what:

It's also a bit disconcerting that they haven't recognized the complaint arbiter quickly; perhaps they don't know, or maybe it's the holidays. But, yes, this is surprising for JPF.

Same here. I have sent 2 E-mails to VIP support and have not had a reply to either.
Is EVERYONE there on holiday!!!!!!

If the rep is ignoring PMs, even from Max, yet is seen to be online in the forum, there can be no excuse. As soon as you hit the forum, a pop-up informs you of any unread PMs, and it would be hard to claim you were not notified.
There may be an error in the online stat though, as it may record any activity, while it is necessary to go to the forum to get the prompt for unread PMs.
Today, the holiday is over.

It's my understanding that the rep and biggambler567 have been in communication and are in the process of clearing this up.

Solved
