[Resolved] 3 Dice, can't get in??

Hi,

The casino froze on me and I had to control-alt-delete to get it to close.

When I tried to get back in, it would not open.

I uninstalled, rebooted the pc and reinstalled. Now my security software is blocking its opening.

I turned it off long enough to try again.

Still nothing.

Anyone else having this problem today?

Any suggestions on how or what I can do?

same thing happened to me about 9 hours ago. Did the uninstall/reinstall thing an hour ago and installation will not proceed
Unable to play at 3Dice, even in the tourney mode, . . .wow, so frustrating . . to think that it's been a part of my everyday routine for the past few years

They gave me this to try :

Press on the windows-R ( same time) and in the small tab that will open type
: certutil -urlcache * delete / and hit enter.

and after doing it, installation is now continuing . .. hope this helps

Hi again Lakandan,

I don't see a Windows-R button on my keyboard.

I do have a "Windows" Symbol button on each side of my space bar.

Nothing with an R

Hi Wessie,

You should have an email from me concerning this issue .

On your keyboard locate and press Windows tab +R , in the same time , and than type certutil -urlcache * delete / and hit enter . This should definitely help you connect to 3dice again. Hope it helps !

Yes it worked.... I was looking for the "windows-R" button...... no such animal!

tried the windows "symbol button and the r".... it worked!
