Also as I mentioned a few pages back I'm genuinely desperate to pay a prize out, would mean a lot to me. Would also mean I'd won something :p

I definitely was not referring to you Jono and I very much doubt Geordiecolin was either - in fact I was hoping you might just jump in and win on this thread for a change as like me you are a low roller and I have no doubts that you will share your luck when it happens :)
 
It feels a little sad that someone is pointed out like this in this very thread. I haven't read all the posts and have no idea who you are talking about, but my guess is that the person have won but not paid anything back.
I'm one of them. I have won in this thread but not paid back. Should I feel guilty? I choose not to.

The thing is that I could deposit $1000 and then win $500 and post a screenie of that win. That would still be a loss of $500. Maybe that is what have happened with this person you claim doesn't play by the rules. It's easy to judge by what you see in here but we all know that people mostly post about winnings but rarily tell how much they have lost.

It's a fair point Trilej and I don't think anyone has actually pointed out who is being referred to and I very much doubt it is you :)

It's a personal choice as to whether you participate or not :)

No no I know it's not me since I don't post any screenshots. I did feel a bit bad the other day though because I did have a win a couple of weeks back. I didn't think about this thread at all so I went and bought me a new speedlight to my camera instead :D

I cant help feeling the same, even though I dont know why i do feel it as I have given (wasnt much i know, but could have been lol) and I had another small £20 giveaway in the pipeline even though my overall profit for October was Thirty Eight quid despite my 5 scatter win on DOA on 9p spins.
And all I have taken is a 2 Euro battle ticket.

Perhaps a friendly PM in a person/persons ear would have been enough if people think that people were taking the piss.

The £20 giveway was because I made the easiest and quickest £50 ever on Leo Vegas the other day and wanted to share some

But instead of having a guessing game couldn't you send this person a pm and tell him/her how you feel? Why create this guilty feeling for everyone?

Also the same with bonuses.

In September I got a 600x win on a Bonanza bonus.
By time I cleared wagering I had £35 left, I had deposited £25 so I made a whole tenner.
 
This one the nicest threads in the forum and I feel that the spirit in which Harry started this is all positive. It's great when others share the luck, but I don't think we should worry or think about reciprocity. If you win with the giveaway, you pass the reward on the next one. Simple and I believe all have honored this.

Some are able to gift others from their winnings (other than a passed reward in this thread) and it's great! Some may not be able, and that's all good too. Tirilej pretty much hit the nail in the head.

Focus on the positive feel of the thread folks. :thumbsup:

I started the comp purely out of fun with no second thoughts, and maybe because I could and can afford it. It was in no way meant that somebody should feel pressured to contribute a comp, even when he/she had won a comp from this thread, resulting in a "must do" situation after he/she had a good win one day. It could be that he/she lost 100's or 1,000's the days before and the win just gave him/her a little back. Or they had other things to do with the money.

The only rule for the comps is to pass it on if you win with that comp. Other than that, we all should put in here what can easily be afforded with no pressure that you have to do it or give something back. That is what makes it fun. Discussing the if's and but's takes the fun out of it.

My 2 cents! :D

Because I am being open and honest. Should I be gagged from expressing why I am feeling reluctant to post more giveaways? Is that what you are wishing me to do?
Are you expecting me to be acting as a policeman for this thread and messaging anyone who takes part but has posted a big win without sharing something in here?
That is not what I am about or what I am getting at at all :rolleyes:
 
I think some of you are missing the point or what the point may be - it's not about negativity.

Geordiecolin was being generous again in considering sharing his good luck, just what this thread is about, but for this thread to continue people need to also think about contributing or it will die a death or the same people will be sharing their luck and I can understand someone getting miffed if they are the only ones contributing - just a thought, if it's worth anything :)

What I have posted is there for all to see and because I think it needed said. I have no wish to continue debating this issue although I am happy for folk to continue posting their own thoughts on this matter.

Right back to business, here goes.
Story is...

Was planning a small giveaway since Sunday when I won probably the easiest £50 I have ever won but was thinking of what to post for the question.
Was thinking of signing up to Slotsmillion this morning, so I tested Bonanza out on Freeplay before signing up to see how laggy it was, I hate a laggy Bonanza.
Got the bonus round on the 12th spin.
Then ping, the light bulb shone above my head, took the screenshot of bonus amount won.
It is in Euros as it was freeplay and was on 20 cent bet.

Question.... what did the bonus round play? In Euros & Cents please.
£20 to the closest guess. (sorry its small) ultra lowroller lol

Oh crap.
Just looked at the screenshot and noticed no date on it.
I have to use firefox screenshot as my printscreen button doesnt work for some reason and my firefox screenshot just does the game window if you dont alter the width,
So what I have done is opened Bandicam up and taken a screenshot of the screenshot as in the border it says the date and what site it was taken on.
You can just see the time as well on the slot.

Just to show it isnt rigged or anything lol
 
If I won the highest spin on the SNG freerolls, I would put half the £200 in here - I would be in total shock if I won but who knows, done pretty crap in all the battles to date so maybe my time will come :)

Double the chance to pass a win on huh? :)

You never know.

I used to be on the battles all the time last year.
This week has been my first time of qualifying for all the battles all year, well except i managed to sneak 2 days worth in a couple of weeks ago.
Had a few of the Tea time battles where you only have to wager 200, so managed to get some sit and go's in a s well.

Battles or not, it'd be great if everyone gave a little with every win they had to keep this thread going.

If I win £100 on slots it's not going to change my life, and I'm likely to just gamble it away elsewhere. I'd have no hesitation in giving a portion of that away in the spirit of this comp.

Now you'll get those players whose life is enveloped by gambling 24/7, so the mere mention of sharing their winnings is laughable to them.

Also strange how the lowrollers with the smallest means appear to be the most generous with their money, in this thread, or in general :D

Next decent withdrawal I get I'll look to partake in this festivity and start giving away some dough myself. Until then, I'll just cast an admiring glance at the greatness of this thread, which is sure to be thread of the year :thumbsup::cool:

I like this thread as well,the first nice win ill have i will share or contribute in this contest thats for sure :) its been months i am on some weird loosing streak,actually all 2017 was disaster for me,hope this will change soon.

I was planning a bigger Christmas comp together with VS, but life has caught up with me in the last weeks and I had to rush back to Germany to pay my respects and say my final "fare well" to my beloved mother, who passed away so unexpectedly.

The plan was that I put every week until Christmas $25 of my weekly gaming budget aside for a proper CM battle on Christmas Day and VS to top it up with something from their side. Anyone, who wanted to take part, would have to commit to do the same, with a minimum of $/EUR/GBP 10 total contribution throughout the period until Christmas or basically whatever they can afford. My $25 per week would not have been the minimum or the benchmark. At the end we would have a nice pot to share for the TOP3 and the last position in the battle, giving 4 lucky CM members an extra Christmas gift.

However, the plan is stalled at the moment and I have to admit that gambling is not the top priority right now (although I had a flutter yesterday). Will give it another week to see how things are going and maybe I'll talk to Dan again to see what we can do.

When Colin did that question about VS history, I was reading the "about us" page and had an idea. How about sending 1 CM member to Malta? :)
The problem is the cost of the trip, but if VS want to help and we have that minimum contribution you said, it could be done.
Depends on how many here would be interested for that.

I think things getting too high because here is no Firm or Casino in action which can give such Prizes easy away... but nice Idea anyway my respect about how you think. I would give something but i can t not more then 10-20€ .

And as I hit the bonus round so quickly, I thought I would use it for the Comp I was planning on here.
