Hello everyone,

I wanted to ask this in a post before using the PAB in order to not waste the valuable time of the CM crew.

In brief:
I have been playing and losing money at an online casino for a few months.

Today I am told by support that I am in a restricted country and that my account will be shut down. I am sure that a casino has the ability to block IPs, yet this was not the case.

Am I in the right to claim a refund on my deposits from the site, as I am 100% certain that had I won, the winnings would have been confiscated?

Do I have a valid PAB?
Thank you for your consideration

the casino in question is luckydays and I have been playing there from the Netherlands using a domestic payment method called iDeal (I never suspected the country was restricted, given I could use this method for deposits).

I'll let others comment on the validity of your deposits, returns/refunds and all that retrictions entail; that being said, it might be good to name the casino to
A - allow the rep (if any) to respond or rectify and
B - whether said casino qualifies you for the PAB

Thank you. I have edited and added the casino along with the Dutch unique payment method I was using.

You are from a restricted country.

From what I know, you sign up at LuckyDays with your email only and KYC is done later. I know the people behind Lucky Days (ex-Rizk) and they would have done the honourable thing should you have won. It is one of the very few Curacao casinos I would recommend.
