Redbet casino Withdrawal Issue

Hi All,

I made deposits at Redbet casino using my Visa 'Debit' card but did not win.

I then made some further deposits using my Master 'Credit' Card and ended up winning 2,000 euros.

I went to withdraw 2,000 euros.

I was advised that I could not withdraw to my Master card (which I understand). They also refused to do a bank transfer. They said I could withdraw the money to my Visa Debit Card.

So I made a withdrawal request to my visa debit card and sent through all the documentation. It was all approved.

When I went into my account to process the withdrawal (at Redbet you need to action this yourself) I noticed that my card details had been deleted (not by me), so the system would not let me process the withdrawal.

When I contacted support I was advised that I would need to make more deposits via my visa debit card (apparently for verification purposes, even though it's already approved) before they could process the withdrawal.

Is this normal practice? Or are they just trying to get more money out of me and have no intention of paying out?

My other issue is that I actually have no money in my visa debit card to make a deposit. How am I suppose to get paid when I'm not the one who created the issue.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated

Thanks
Zippy

They are very reputable and I believe they also have a rep, personally i would advise you to make a deposit without taking a bonus and make a withdrawal

Don't worry about not being paid, i know few players who have been paid thousands in last few weeks

They are a great site so you wont have any problems

I don't think it is normal practice but Redbet would not do anything intentional to withhold your winnings that is for sure, they are one of the better casinos one could play at.

Have you tried sending Andy a PM? He is the rep for the casino on these forums and can be found here Redbet_Andy

I've just PM him. We'll see what happens. Thanks

Mate...you have absolutely nothing to worry about! Redbet has paid me thousands of euros within 5 minutes through eWallets. They are not trying to stall you, I can guarantee you that. They do use the last (deposit method) as the only withdrawal method though. Just don't touch the games in the meanwhile or you'll possibly regret playing it all back.

Patience is the key for you right now until it's verified.

Andy will probably fix that for you (because he's awesome like that) but I don't like it when someone needs to bypass the regular CSR for something like this. If you didn't know CM, you'd be stuck in this situation.

well CSR has always been just front-line support - outside of support, you can always ask for and email the casino manager and get to know who your personal acct manager is and build a relationship

Good advice.
In our case [email protected] - always worth trying support but if it's anything unusual or complex it's worth emailing direct to the casino team.
I'll get on this issue this morning as soon as I get to the office.
Thanks everyone!
