At least you got an email. I didnt even get email from them today last email was last week 50%

But yeah that is bad style at least they should credit you those 10 spins. But I am sure if you contact Rep Marius here then he will setup some spins for you as he is great

PS UPDATE really strange i logged into my account at Redbet and there was 10 spins waiting and i did not get email.....

Maybe try log into your account again mate and try load slot. Strangely I did not even see anything that there was spins. Normally it will show in your "bonuses" section at Redbet or small notification that there is spins on a slot. Oh well I will take them and see what happens GL

Deposited 150 euros to claim max FS. checked timeframe via google - it was ok, still 40 mins. Deposited - no FS. Live chat told me that i am late for 20 mins - daylight saving time or whatsoever, and it is just not shown for me in google. I am aksed them probably as exception i could get my 170 FS? Specially that i lost my 150 euros deposit pretty quickly - answer was no, i can't help you Not very solid imo, not complaining at all since i really was late 20 mins, but...Hey, it's just 20 mins, you already got my 150, why not give me those FS and make me even more loyal?

hi very strange for redbet , pm the reps , theryre a good casino shouldnt get any problems with stuff like that , live CS is on the ball & have found they can add these sometimes it has to go higher but mostly no problems .
