For what it's worth, I just wanted to put in a good word for Red Queen and Chris. We've been working with Red Queen for close to 3 years now. In that time we have only received a single complaint which was non-genuine in nature. Chris has always been very responsive to any feedback we gave. I personally think very highly of this operator.

For affiliates, it's worth noting that over the course of 2017 we saw better than average conversion with EasiGame Affiliates and a slightly above average player value. So players deliver around our average value but we get more of them with this program. As such they received our 'Top Value Partner 2017' award.

I was playing this morning for the first time on your site after claiming the welcome bonus but the site kept crashing and coming up with an error message every 10-15 minutes. Rather frustrating when you just what to play slots :mad:

I am very sorry that you saw this error message this morning, I was experiencing it as well when i got into the office and loaded up the site. I have had my tech team take a look to find out what was causing it, they have carried out a fix and believe that it should no longer be there. Once again please accept my apologies and if you get any other issues please let me know as soon as possible

It's totally fine now :) although my first deposit didn't go as well as I hoped. But I suppose you can't win all the time!
I sent an email to yourselves with a few suggestions....
1. Having a search bar where you can type in the game you're looking for.
2. Being able to check the wagering requirements of a bonus i.e having a bonus bar, showing a percentage of completion or just showing a cash amount left to wager.

These suggestions are all from my use on the mobile site. I don't know if things are different on your desktop site.

For those reading I have met Chris a few times and you'll find very few more honest and ethical customer-focussed casino reps than him! OK, he did buy me a beer or two in Amsterdam but seriously, a decent casino and people behind it and I would envisage very few issues if any here. :thumbsup:

Have since yesterday tried out this casino, played (as usual bonanza only)

Have some feedback,

Game selection is alright, promotions used and they were fair, even though i didnt capatalize on them.

I sent documents and got verified on the same day which is ++


What can be improved from my opinion is maybe add SEK as currency, even though i hate playing it on bonanza^^

Also add perhaps Trustly, which is used by probably all Swedes playing online or at least mostly.

I had to deposit through my Mastercard so waiting for verifcation on that, and also u have to manually send them an email with your bank details for a iban transfer.

Should be a form on the website and easier methods for that.

Hmm I have registered and played and games seem ok just think there support process is a little to be desired Thai casino only operates basically a 9to 5 Monday to Friday operation uk time if you need any support like I did on a Friday the time had just got 5.40pm there is no support I had to wait untill Monday after 9am.to.get the help i needed all.emailsmgo unanswered live support is shut and phones are dead

One main reason when selecting a casino is responsive CS, have you tried email?. And I can’t see the rep being around now tbh.

Sure I read no one on offices or nout till monday even emails, But I always spent them As I thought it might come on delayed but no and its not a tied in bonus anways its gets used after cash so no harm in them adding it
 
Whats the Banned games for welcome bonus cant any any list anywhere

i did send this in a private message last week however will post again here. We have changed our bonus terms in the last couple of month to make them more stream lined. So all slots contribute 100% and there are no banned games however we have removed a lot of games from the site as a result. The second term that you mentioned is no longer in our t&c's.
