I don't know if this should be under the "complaint" thread but I am not really complainung YET! But since sunday night , I downloaded redflush casino, opened a real account, sent in all my documents and was ready to make a deposit. But now I have some doubts about RedFlush There is a sign that said due to technical defficulties the 500 credits and one hour of free play is off for now Question: Has anyone been able to get this free play ?

I really wanted to try this casino as most of those that take my deposits are RTG and I am suspicious of their credibilty . Although is an "accredited" casino , I can't seem to find a casino contact here for Red Flush

This is the Red Flush Host - the reason for our freeplay having problems was due to the overwhelming demand. We are sorting this out and the freeplay should be live very soon.

Spoke to live chat and they checked my account and said they would not be able to accommodate me as I had made 'negative transactions' with another casino:confused:

I was then informed they share information with other online casinos and they were sorry.

The only transaction I had they may deem to be negative is winning some money!

I would steer clear of these guys. Both casinos are Microgaming.

I must be on a blacklist even though most casinos deny they exist.

I'm a little confused. This thread is about Red flush Casino. The link you left was to a string about a 3000 win at Platinum Play Casino. These two casinos are NOT related at all.

Am I missing something or is that a mistake to post that here?

In live chat with Red Fush thay said they could not allow me to play on there site because of 'negative transactions'.

I was trying to show my previous transactions at another casino by supplying the link. Sorry for confusion:confused:

The win at platinum play was the first transaction I have made this year as I choose to abstain from playing for 10 months prior to this as I had some heavy losses as I was using my credit card at that time to deposit and ran up a huge bill!

Because of this I never use my credit card for transactions anymore.

I find it weird that as soon as I decide to open an account after a period of having no transactions for nearly a year, win a significant amount, I get barred from having an account at Red Flush.

As soon as I tried to deposit at red flush I received an error message stating I had exceeded the number of credit cards registered and to contact customer services.

I registered 1 debit card with them. Red Flush's payment processor is PROCCYBER the same as fortune lounge group - platinum play - and many other microgaming casinos.

I wish I copied and pasted the live chat but the words used were 'we share information with third parties and we are unable to accommodate you due to negative transactions, unfortunately!'

Maybe I have been blocked by the payment processor company.

Either way the 'Negative transaction' excuse must have something to do with the account I had at platinum play. The only account I have open with any casino at the moment is canbet and there have been no problems.

Canbet process there own payments and don't use PROCCYBER.

Either way I have done nothing wrong and to be denied an account at Red Flush has to do with my previous win.

For that reason I chose to post about this but maybe I should of opened a new post to see what you guys think and if anyone has had a similar experience.

I think the reason for this is that there was a typo in the terms previously and which was corrected before Winbig's visit to the site. $20 is in fact the minimum winnings that can be withdrawn and not the maximum.

Unless today is 1 April, otherwise I wouldnt be doubting Bryand's integrity.:D:D

Last night I opened the software after reading an earlier post that the free spin promo was again functional. After reading the T&C I noticed the 20 credit max and copied and pasted in this thread. Maybe the rules say 20 rather that 200 on the page that automatically opens when you begin the free spins? I have no agenda either way.
 
Red Flush Problems

I requested a withdrawal from these folks on the 16th of September. I had received a withdrawal from them 7 weeks earlier and didn't have a problem. On the 20th they sent me an email requesting documentation, which I sent to them. On the 22nd I received an email from them advising me the wire transfer would be sent within 3-5 business days. I contacted them on the 29th. They responded advising me that the wire transfer was sent on the 22nd and could they call my bank. I informed them that I was told by the casino on the 29th that the wire transfer had not been sent. The next email stated that the matter had been referred to banking and they would contact me in a few days. Still haven't heard from them. When they consistently lie to their customers you need to keep away from them. I think I am finished with online gaming.
 
Red Flush Still Lieing

Just got another response from a different person. She also said the wire transfer was sent on 22nd. I advised her that James from the casino admitted via his email of 9/29 that the wire transfer had not been sent. Received another response stating that she would have to refer it to financial services, but they were not in until tomorrow. What defines a rogue? I wouldn't make a deposit with them until they stop avoiding payment.

Hmm 25 %? thats really rather poor, specially for losing. Ive done a few of these and always been offered a 100 % deposit match for losing. 25 % would just not tempt me in the slightest.
